Very disappointed that we have to reselect our finish for our condo at Gorsebrook Park 4 times!!! We had paid our fund for our selection of upgrade more than a year ago. And now, we were told they have been discontinued. PLUS, for the first couple times of reselecting materials of cabinetry, we were told the finish you offered are discontinued after we selected?? What's the point of that?? That's totally a waste of our time. Now, the forth time, we kindly ask if you can offer a meeting on any Saturday morning for 30 mins to review our finish. We just want to know if those changed finish will actually look good together. The answer is NO. I know your working hour is 8am - 5pm weekday, so do us. As probably one of your thousands clients, should we deserve to give up our working time reviewing our finish or you could make us more convenience?
