They have installed all my heat pumps (4 of them). Most of them have been running without problem. There is one that was factory defected (LG) and They have always come to the rescue and repaired it through the warranty on it.

Initial "Rant" I cannot comment about the work this company does because they never did any. I made two appointments with them to get an estimate for heat pumps and the estimator never showed up. If they are too busy to take on new clients you would think they would at least have the consideration to tell a customer that instead of having them wait around for a day and a half without anybody showing up. I understand that things happen, such as the snowfall we had, but there is a 100+ year old invention called the telephone. I would expect a company to respect a client enough to at least call and let them know that their employee was going to be late or not able to show up. After writing the above comments I called and left a message on the company answering machine - within a minute Eric, the owner, called me to see what was up and while on the phone with him the estimator texted me to make an appointment for later in the day. I have a feeling that the initial missed appointment was due to miscommunication. The estimator explained about the second appointment and did his best to make it up to me. I have changed my initial rating from one star to four stars and if I end up getting my work done here I will be able upgrade it again to five.

These guys did a great job. They took more care in sizing what units I needed (taking into account what each room is used for and if it really needs heating instead of just going by the square footage on each floor). They installed the upstairs unit so it was level but then noticed that it looked off as the ceiling isn't quite level. Instead of just leaving it, they took the extra effort to reinstall the unit so that it was square with the ceiling. Installation was scheduled within a week of the quote and was done in one day. I also liked how they provided options for both a standard and high efficiency unit in the initial quote. Would recommend

Doesn’t keep up with their appointments as another words: not keeping your promise, reschedule appointment without proper noticing clients, my wife had book two days off for this matter, both two scheduled appointment had been rescheduled on the day with less than 1 hour notice. Really poor customer service, myself as realtor and business owner, if I can’t keep my appointment on time, i will at least give notice to clients enough time ahead, instead of finding all kinds of excuse to avoid responsibility, I’m posting this up, not trying to damage this business, trying to help this business to get better customer service and helping business owner to lift his business to one level up, also to leave more people out of frustrations i had with this company.

Excellent job of pre-wiring for the installation of new mini-split unit. They were on time and acted in a professional manner at all times. The work is very neat and secure and was well prepared for the final hook-up. They explained each step of the job to us and answered the many questions we had.
