BEWARE...... Quote was ridiculous and this company tried to take advantage of a situation after a major storm. All other quotes from other companies for exact same job were all 75% less than Five Star Roofing...... will never call this company again.

I can’t comment on the quality of their roof repair, but I expect any respectable roofer to clean up after themselves when they’re finished at the job site. Not the case with 5 Star. I didn’t hire them, they are working on my neighbour’s roof, however, I keep finding the debris all over my lawn. On top of that, they’ve allowed the plastic from the single bundles blow down the street where they now litter everyone’s yards and the local park. Certainly not a business I would be interested in working with. No respect for the community and according to other reviews, no respect for their customers.

When we needed a roof repair they were there the same day to make sure we didn't get wet. Then they worked with us to make sure the job was done right. Everyone from the people on site to the people in the office made the experience something I can feel good about.

This is the worst company I have never had to deal with. I own many properties and deal with many contractors but this on doesn’t take any request in serious. They tell you they are professionals but After you pay them there are don’t give a +*%>£ about you. I needed to write comments because customer need to know the truth. I am actually still trying to have my request done ... I should never pay them ... know I will need to fight very hard to have my money back ... it is not fair at all

Great service- good team, respectful, polite and they did a really thorough clean-up before they left. Every day, they made sure all the nails were picked up, too. We have a shared driveway, and the neighbours are in and out frequently. The crew hopped right to it; nobody had to wait. I am very impressed with the level of customer service recieved from Ron at Five star roofing. He took the time to explain and show me exactly what materials would be used on my new roof. The team arrived after I left for work and were gone before I got home. My roof looks much better than a lot of the roofs that have been done on my street in the last few years. The 25 year warranty on parts and labor are also the best I could find. No one else came close to the same warranty. I am very pleased and would highly recommend Five Star Roofing.

Tried to rip off my poor 75 year old father. Quoted him $15,500 to fix a leaky roof! Yes, $15,500! Tried to get him to refinance his house to pay for it!! The next company quoted $3,000.

They dont pick up after themselves, we had our roof done 2 years ago by them and over half the shingles fell off came back yesterday (after complaining for almost a year about warranty) went outside this morning and they left their mess on the side of my house along with a ladder not very professional if you ask me at least clean up your mess!

Very professional, and the speed of the job blew me away. They showed up earlier than expected, and finished earlier than I expected! Completely cleaned up afterwards, and even cleaned the gutters in the back and cut away tree branches near the roof.

One of the worst roofing companies in the Maritimes. Over priced and poor quality. We definitely learned our lesson going with this company. Don’t make the mistake we did and shop around first (Reddit is great for real time advice!). Five Star ripped us off and we have since had the work reviewed by contractors who have said it is some of the worst quality roofing they have ever seen. We are now out 7 grand and our roof is still leaking.. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
