I work for an HVAC company in London, ON and we keep on getting calls and a few emails from people out of our area of work. I have tried to contact Bulldog Heating and Cooling to take our company off of their calling and email list but without any success. If the calls were for the area that we actually work in it would be okay but the fact that they are coming from an area that we don't travel too it's a bit unfortunate. If there is a way to speak with a live person and not just an automated system I would really like to hear from them.

Our forced air heater stopped working. We called Bulldog Heating & Cooling and they returned the call almost immediately. They diagnosed the problem over the phone. found the part and they had it installed the very same day. They were in and out in half an hour. I was very impressed with their professionalism, promptness and fees. If we unfortunately ever need repairs again we are definitely calling them.

I'm having the same problem as Jamie is describing. (I'm a heating contractor) I'm getting calls for HVAC service for an area 4 hours away from me. There seems to be no way to contact Bulldog directly. I've sent them an email and hope they get back to me soon. For homeowners, this doesnt seem like a legitimate company. You're best to contact another company for service. I"ll post an update to this review if I receive a reply.
