Babak and his team conduct business in a very professional manner, providing clients with high quality renovations in a timely manner. Equipped with an engineering background, Babak is able to take on all sized renovations, from basement finishes all the way to major structural alterations. Babak and I have worked together now on a number of different properties where we have added separate entrances to add additional rental units to my properties. All in all, I must say that I am very impressed with his work and will continue to use and recommend his team in the future.

We hired Babak to create a walk out separate entrance in October 2020. While I had contacted several other contractors before, we believed that giving the project to Babak would be ideal because he specialized in that work and also he seemed reliable and trustworthy.
