We had a great experience! Ryan, Ashley and Nathan were extremely friendly, empathetic and professional. The plumbers and electricians did an incredible job. They paid attention to every little detail and made sure that everything was to our liking. They also made the process very convenient for us and I'm so pleased with our new space. I hired this company for my basement renovation in Guelph. For addition of 1 bedroom and bathroom. Work was finished almost on the scheduled time. Communication was active and they were responsive. One thing you always need to know before signing contract is to mention all the specific things that you want in house and then get a quote. Otherwise you will get quote on base products.

????????????I am extremely satisfied with Assured Basements. Before moving into our new house, we decided to hire a company to finish the basement after we took possession. We had several negative experiences before with contractors in the past, so we were very nervous about bringing people we didn't know into our new house. Over the next week, we researched several companies using Homestars. Short listing three, we reached out to them to schedule appointments. Assured was the one we felt the most comfortable with and it turned out the project was just as expected in the right amount of time. Total project took 5 weeks and they cleaned up after they left.

I contacted Ryan and Ashley at Assured Basements. I must say what an amazing job they did to build my parents’ and in-law’s basement suite so they can enjoy their space. We were on a limited budget and they worked with us in accordance with that budget and not making us feel weird like some contractors who came and quoted ua. They used very high quality luxury vinyl on the floors, Very nice tiles in the shower and a decent 36 inch vanity. Im so pleased with Ryan and Ashley. I will highly recommend.

In today’s climate it’s difficult finding contractors that provide professional work. We came across Assured Basements and hired them to complete our stairs. With this project being time sensitive we expressed that we needed someone to complete this project as soon as possible. They assured us they could have the project completed within our timeline. I can attest to that in our case, The plumber Mike was especially considerate and very professional, as well as the Bashir that worked on the flooring. The tilers did an amazing job in renovating the bathroom tiles with a custom niche. I also love the stair finishing that Assured Basements did.

Assured basements is now the standard by which we would judge all other Basement contractors or any Contractors Period! They were fast, always on site when they said they would be and they finished on time. Every worker was polite, conscientious, professional, and so happy to please us. We truly were their first concern- that the basement be beautiful and that we would enjoy it. They use a very good software called Buildertrend where we were able to track our day to day job progess, invoices, permit approval and much more. There were NO horror stories here, only the MOST helpful team of workers I have ever encountered. You will NOT be disappointed if you hire them. I highly recommend their professional services.

It has been excellent from the first phone call to Assured basements. Their service department was prompt in getting any queries or concerns that I had with the process. I was informed that I would be assigned a Designer and a Project Manager for my job which I thought was a nice touch. I bought my house new a few years ago and was not afforded such excellent service. The contractors came on time and completed the job as if it were their own home. The area was cleaned after each day and the garbage stored. The end result surpassed my expectations. The paint job was neat, the floors, the lighting, the bar area, all done with care and expertise.
