Planning to build the house in BC. My final choice is Total Construction. Visited construction site several times to see the work in progress. Construction is a difficult and complex business. So many work hours have to be invested, uncountable numbers of problems have to be solved to get what you see on the picture. Guys at TC just do the job. Amazed by the impeccable attention to the details and constant search for the better solutions, more advanced materials to make every project a new benchmark.

Don't waste your time with the company even doesn't care about their own people, let alone their customers! I had an interview with this company and after one time rescheduling, I had a meeting with 40 min. delay. Alex, the owner, treat people with no respect and no greetings. Don't be fooled by their fancy website.

I was skeptical of remodeling our kitchen because you hear so many horror stories about contractors taking too long, charging more than they say, flaking out, etc. My wife and I were in disbelief at how Total Construction is from that. Pristine Construction is exceptional. I don't think I have ever encountered a better company.... and I have very high standards! Alex is not only true to their word, totally professional, and incredibly knowledgable. He makes you feel like you are their only client. Total Construction really does care about you as a person and they take a great deal of pride in providing the best service and best quality work. Also, the designer they had design our new kitchen was incredible. The layout of our finished kitchen is gorgeous. We are extremely happy with everything Total and their sub-contractors did. Our kitchen remodel was worth every penny. Their price was reasonable and similar to other construction companies around. Alex and crew helped us better our lives and we are eternally grateful. You will not find anyone better in Vancouver!

I along with the many buyers who viewed the home, were very impressed with the quality of the innovative materials used throughout the home, inside and out, the workmanship, layout and overall construction of the home. They are solid homes built to last. In fact, when I sold the amazing home located on Westridge Ave, West Vancouver, I had more than one buyer wanting to buy that exact home. I only wish I had had another three similar homes to satisfy the demand. It is worth mentioning that many of the buyers who truly loved the home on Westridge Ave have discriminating taste, and can clearly tell the difference between an ordinary home and a true luxury home that is designed and built for the fortunate few who can afford it.
