Chad, Cody, Jason and everyone else did a great job with our relatively small reno in our new townhouse on a tight schedule. Despite us having to get them to start a day later than planned, they got everything wrapped up and ready for us to move in a day earlier than originally forecast. They made sure things were done properly, explaining any changes they recommended and why they would recommend them as they job went along, but they also stayed conscious of our budget and time constraints and didn't go looking for work that didn't need to be done or could wait until later. We will definitely be using them again in the future and would highly recommend them.

The crew were very good at explaining what they were doing to an English major like me, and took the time to make sure any necessary changes were outlined clearly. For our project, we originally planned it to be a bigger project, but decided to reduce it. This was because Chad (Northern Alpine) recommended the project be broken up so that we have time to think about it (and he was right). He helped us prioritize the urgent work first rather than taking on the job for revenue sake. Once the work started, everything was done reliably and even the surprised that were found were handled very well by the crew (Cody and Wade). Also all of them were very accommodating showing me they were doing throughout the process, answering my questions, and following up. Overall, I could not have asked for a better team to trust a job with. Last but not least, as a project manager myself, I greatly appreciated the effort put into the estimating and scheduling process which allowed the overall job to go smooth. Any potential surprises/risks were communicated up front, so when things were encountered, there were minimal stress. We do still plan to do the remainder of the reno at some point, and I will for sure be asking Northern Alpine's team for it.
