Blake is different from other tradesmen I've met - he's responsible, punctual, communicative, conscientious, fastidious, tidy, and honest... the dream tradesman. Blake treated my condo with respect. However, hours into the project, I realized that Blake is slow and, at his high hourly rate (the most I have ever paid anyone - my friends were all aghast at it), that is unacceptable to me.
