I had an excellent experience with Lockhart Roofing. Scotty and his team helped us with tarping off a leaking roof to get us through the winter, including an emergency call after-hours to fix a new leak that arose, and then replaced our roof in the spring. Very responsive and professional, the work was of very high quality, great attention to detail, and they carefully cleaned up after each day and after they finished. Prices were fair and competitive relative to other quotes we got. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Had a 20plus year old roof leak and needed replacement. Scotty came out promptly and provided a reasonable estimate, was able to fit me at the last minute, and was able to get the roof replaced together with a new skylight done promptly, keeping the job site clean throughout and after the job. Will use Scotty again when my lower roof needs replacement.

What can I say....getting a new roof by Scotty was an excellent experience. Scotty and his crew were professional, punctual and did the job far exceeding my expectations. I contacted Lockhart Roofing for a quote to re-roof our house and he responded quickly. When he came to the house he was the only one to actually go up on the roof to inspect and give me an honest opinion of the condition of the roof. Out of the 3 other companies I contacted he was the only one to do so. I was given a quote on the spot with a very competitive price that included replacing our two skylights. The job was done on time and the crew was courteous and cleaned the site every day. Scotty did all the little things to make our roof look amazing( extra big ears on the facia and diverters) Shortly aftter completing the job two of our neighbors developed some roof leaks and he came back to tarp them up for the winter. Again excellent experience and would definitely recommend to anyone.

I was having leaking issues on my roof in December and needed a quick fix solution. Scott and his team were able to come in a timely manner to tarp my roof for the winter season. They were reliable, prices were reasonable, and overall a pleasure to deal with. What put them above and beyond in my opinion is just walking me through what they were doing, how that would help me, and what we’d need to do for the future. Additionally, three weeks after they finished the job Scott had followed up to see how my roof was holding up. That’s what makes this company 5 stars in my opinion. Great job, love the work! I had two leakages, one from the skylight and the other one from the roof. I asked 4 companies to provide estimate and explain how they want to fix it. Scotty estimate was not only the most reasonable, but also the way he explained how he wants to solve the issue made more scenes. He finished the job in half a day. His job is clean and since then we don’t have any leakage. I really enjoyed working with him and will strongly recommend him to my friends!

We had some leaks in our roof, so I called four different roofing companies on the North Shore. Among all, Scotty was the one who spent 45 min. on the roof and explained everything to me precisely. Then he spend 15 min. in his truck and provided me with a competitive quotation, proof of insurance and WCB right away. I could see the difference and professionalism from the very beginning. After we decided to move ahead, he showed up one more time for material and colour selection and then updated me regularly of the weather forecast of the day they were going to start. Early in the morning, a dump bin was transferred to us and four people including himself showed up. They carefully laid down tarp all around the property, and finished the job with two days as he had promised. They cleaned and blew everywhere after they were done and left no mess. I highly recommend them to everyone as they were one of the best contractors I have ever dealt with.

I can't say enough about Scotty and Lockhart Roofing. I've been building new homes for over 15 years now and Scotty is the best roofer I've ever met. I recently had a challenging project (both in access and the steep pitch of the roof) where the neighbor was literally right on the property line. My concern obviously was to protect the neighbors property and not get him angry with flying debris and roofers all over his property. Scotty's crew was professional and extremely clean. They had clear and frequent communication with the neighbor and there were no issues at all. Several neighbors commented at how neat the guys were. Scotty refuses to cut corners and treats your roof like his own. The metalwork and craftsmanship are top shelf and I'm confident in the long term performance of the roof. Scotty Lockhart's team of capable, personable and cheerful workers removed our tar and gravel roof ( a big job with several tons of debris removed) then installed a to-code insulating layer of foam board topped with asphalt material. The project took five days as estimated by Scotty, He kept us apprised of progress every day; at the conclusion of every day his team tidied up - everything was always under control and there were no hic-ups. Scotty is an honest man, a good communicator and keeps his word.
