Required a fan replacement - very tricky - over 40 years old - electrician had to dig into the ceiling and repair ductwork - was excellent and very proficient - was able to find a fan replacement that would fit existing ductwork and repair within a reasonable timeframe. Would definitely recommend this company. Very please with result.

After calling several electricians in the area, I was told by many, my request was too small or I would still be charged at a 2- 4hr minimum. Kyle from KYBE answered right away, happily answered all of my questions and came to my home to finish the installation of a chandelier in my dining room! I was so worried about the fact it wasn't working properly and was currently living in the dark, after hearing of my situation he came to the rescue within an hour of my call. He was polite, understanding and incredibly professional. I would HIGHLY recommend Kybe Electrical to anyone looking for professional service for any small or large project at a GREAT RATE!! I will definitely be using their services in the future! 10 stars!

Kybe Electrical is awesome! I woke up to no power at the beginning of this past family day long weekend because of a main fuse that had blown. I started calling around and the first company I reached said because it was the beginning of the holiday weekend we were totally out of luck until the following Tuesday as he couldn't get the part he needed. Then I got Kyle from Kybe on the phone. He asked me to send a photo of the electrical panel, saw the part I needed, went to his warehouse, found the part and we here in a flash and had us back and running in no time flat! Kyle was very knowledgeable and friendly and he didn't over charge me! I would highly recommend him and his company to anyone who needs a good reliable electrician!

Absolutely do not use this company. They will charge you for time the electrician wasn't even there for and overcharge you for parts they use. I had their electrician come in to do odd jobs around my apartment. The electrician said he was low on parts so he had to leave for a bit but would not charge me for the time he left. He was gone for over 2 1/2 hours. I get my invoice and they charged me for the time he was gone plus an extra hour more. They told me their electrician never said that. Then they installed a 'over the top' thermostat that ended up not working. I asked them to come back and reinstall my old one and they said it was not the thermostat, it was a plumbing issue. I got a plumber in and he confirmed it was the thermostat. The electrician comes in to install a basic thermostat and quotes me $80.00 for it. I checked on Rona and it costs $27.99. This company is a nightmare and they will take advantage of you whenever they can.

Just finished up a service upgrade including a new panel (now 200Amp) along with a new cable extension running to the backyard for a Hot Tub. Jason and his Surrey/Langley crew were incredibly knowledgeable and very professional. I was very please with the "walk thrus" before the job, explaining exactly how things would end up looking and what I could expect for the day of the service. I ended up with a very "Clean" look, especially for the outside cable that had to run from the front where the panel is to the opposite back corner of the house. Highly recommend Jason for any electrical work you are considering if you are in the Surrey/Langley area.

Waited around and no one showed up, no call, no email to reschedule. Called them several times and no answer back. My elderly grandmother needed a ceiling fan/light installed in her apartment. KYBE had been recommended to me by a friend so I called on my grandmothers behalf and Kyle answered right away. He was extremely professional and helpful on the phone and was very attentive to the fact that my grandmother was older and living alone. He arranged for Trevor to come by (at a time that worked for her) and install the fan. My grandmother said Trevor was very prompt, professional and personable. He made her feel very comfortable and explained the process to her while he completed the instillation.
