I've been in the industry for over 10 years and have worked with many contractors and Farnood at Future Living is without question one of my favourites. He has gone absolutely above and beyond the call of duty to satisfy my clients and to bring my design vision to reality. I'm sorry but having read some of the other reviews, I can't help but wonder if some are from less ethically minded competitors or from potential clients who have no grasp on reality when it comes to pricing or process. Perhaps they had a different person who was having an off day when doing a site consult. I don't know but I know Farnood is excellent and I was shocked at some of the ridiculous reviews. As an interior designer, the quality of my team is everything and I wouldn't hesitate for one second to work with Farnood again. We've done may projects together and I've never had an unsatisfied client. Ask for Farnood, he's worth his weight in gold.

Farnood and his team did a renovation at my new condo and although the scope of the job wasn't huge, the work that they did made an incredible impact on my unit. He made a lot of great suggestions - things that I wouldn't necessarily have thought of but that made a big difference in the end. The overall quality was excellent. They were very careful to manage their mess and keep the unit and the building hallways clean. The job finished slightly ahead of schedule which was also appreciated. Communication was great. I never received any complaints from neighbours or building managers and Farnood handled everything. I would 100% recommend Future Living and will be using them again.

Our experience with Future Living was terrific! They are an experienced group of professionals who clearly communicated updates and kept us in the loop throughout the length of our project. We were particularly impressed with the tiler (Andy), Farnood (contractor) and Ali. Andy was the hardest working guy I've ever seen, with an incredibly artistic eye for fitting the just the right piece in place to make it perfect. We had Future Living completely renovate our master bathroom and powder room. We could not be happier with the final result. I would recommend this group to anyone looking to refinish or renovate their space.

How fortunate we were to be guided to Future Living, Veneta Cucine Italian cabinets, and their amazing team. Our first interaction was meeting with Kia in the showroom. It was here that he guided us through the various kitchen cabinet options that would work for our Yaletown kitchen renovation. The quality of the product was obvious, and Kia’s attention to detail appreciated. Kia informed us exactly how the process works, and what we should expect.... and that’s exactly what happened. When the cabinets arrived, we were introduced to Farnood, who managed the delivery and installation of the gorgeous Italian cabinets. Farnood went above and beyond to make sure every last detail of the installation was perfect. Additionally, Farnood utilized his expertise to assist us with post installation needs...... hook up of appliances, wiring, plumbing, etc...... not technically part of the cabinet installation, but Farnood wanted to ensure the entire kitchen was done to perfection. Would we recommend Future Living and Veneta Cucine cabinets? Absolutely!

If you are contemplating a renovation or a new build, the team at Future Living is the best choice that you will make. We had interviewed 7 different contractors prior to our own renovation in 2016. Farnood caught design issues prior, resolved them with great solutions and delivered our renovation on time, on budget, and with great care and quality. I have been in the real estate industry for over 15 years, and can definitely say that Future Living continues to perform at an extremely high level for both myself and my clients. You will not be disappointed.

Having worked with contractors personally and professionally in LA, NY, London and Hong Kong from personal residences to luxury hotels, Farnood and his team easily tops the list with his quality, attention and care. Especially being a remote new owner thousands of miles away, I have to depend heavily on his diligence and judgment. He managed to complete a beautiful product largely on time and budget, even during the challenging times of Covid. He presents every issue with a resolution, sometimes several of them, for my consideration. Not only does he listens to and understands my needs and requirements, he anticipates and does even better and more. He is present from the project bidding to closure... to even after completion. His attention to details is excellent; his professionalism impeccable. I would recommend him to anyone who is looking for a ultra high end product with the highest level of professional, standards and care.

ON TIME AND ON BUDGET. Not only did Future Living complete our "down to the studs" apartment renovation on time and on budget but did so in an atmosphere of open, two-way communication. From the very first meeting through the consultation/design decision process to construction progress meetings and finally with the final inspection we always felt our input was valued and wanted. The contractor (Farnood Ghaffari) made himself aware of our strata rules regarding renovations and introduced himself to our neighbors and concierge team prior to the start of demolition. His crew were very clean and not only cleaned up our apartment on a daily basis but the hallway and elevators as well. What really impressed us was on the final inspection when we raised several issues, there was no argument about not solving them to our satisfaction; only discussion on ways in which they could be fixed in a timely manner. We would have no hesitation in using Future Living again or recommending them to others.

After interviewing and researching renovation/development companies and obtaining quotes we decided to contract Future Living for our condo renovation in Vancouver’s West End and we are glad we did. The final result is stunning and is exactly the type of space to suit our urban living lifestyle! We started out with a great plan by Pomegranate Design and Future Living made it come to life in every detail. Our project manager, Farnood was great it keeping us informed every step of the way. We appreciated the attention to detail and being involved in the process. The quality of workmanship was top notch and any issue that came up was promptly addressed to our satisfaction. There are always issues that arise with renovations, where you may be surprised by what is behind a wall or you may have issues with old buildings but Future Living helped us to adapt to these unexpected and still created a beautiful finished product. From deconstruction to final walk through the space was kept in pristine condition and Future Living worked well with our strata council, making friends along the way. Highly professional, skilled and outstanding in every way, I highly recommend this company and wouldn’t hesitate to do another project with them in the future. I'm so glad to have a professional contactor for my apartment. Farnood is the best contractor I ever met, professional and very knowledgeable. I have a very tight timeline and he is so responsible and follow up with all details, even though there are some delay on my furniture and lighting, he does follow up the schedule for the job.
