Spring time is a good time for roof cleaning and treatment so we contracted Coastal Roof Cleaning Experts. Given the numbers of homeowners injured in falls from roofs and ladders, work off the ground is best left to trained and properly equipped pros with WorkSafeBC coverage. We're happy with the service provided and comforted by the two year warranty that promises to retreat any regrowth of moss.

Coastal Roof Cleaning was pleasant to deal with at first. Until they cancelled on us 4 days away from the day they were scheduled because they were behind schedule (by two weeks) blaming it on the weather. I didn't see an excessive amount of rain this year. Apparently they didn't want to let us know at the last minute so we could find someone else (luckily we did). When you usually have to book these things more than a month in advance I'm not sure what you consider last minute. Apparently they are working on a strata project. Likely that we were small potatoes to a large project worth much more money. Luckily we found another company that was willing to squeeze us into their schedule, but I would stay away from these guys unless you are looking at getting your condo building or townhouse complex cleaned.

Coastal Roof Cleaning Expert’s did a fantastic job cleaning my asphalt shingle roof. Almost looks new again. Competitive price and cleanup was excellent. Would highly recommend. They are a busy team but communicated reschedule needs due to weather or other issues promptly. Will use again if needed.

Their demossing service made our roof look new again and they pointed out areas that potentially need attention down the road. Of courses, services are very important for me. I choose this company because of 5 star review from Google, BBB & Facebook. Indeed, I made a good decision. They are professional, reliable and honest. Appointment is easy to book and they are very understandable to fit with your request. I strongly recommend!

Asphalt shingle Roof and cedar wood siding cleaned well. Both Mike and Rob were very professional and courteous from the initial phone contact to when the job was completed. Price was as they quoted when they arrived to do the cleaning. Rob explained clearly what was to be done. They set the appointment day that worked for me and worked around our schedule. They did a wonderful job. I did notice that there were some soap stains on the siding of the carport area the day after. I sent them pictures of same and they were out that same afternoon (it was sunday and their day off) to rinse and wipe it down again. No extra charge. They explained that the carport was covered and the water did not evaporate as quickly as the exposed siding. After rinsing and drying, they waited and used a clean white towel to wipe up the remaining drips.... no problems noted the next day. From my experience, I would highly recommend them. Rob did make one recommendation for us to put a metal strip along one part of our roof as he could see the water stain from rain and that with constant water on that path, it would erode the grains on the asphalt shingles. Bonus - they cleaned off my concrete patio which needed a good power wash ( saved me the trouble!)

Rob and Mike did a terrific job of moss removal .They sent a before/after photo and I couldn't believe just how much moss had grown on my roof! So glad to have it gone and for a reasonable price. The guys worked diligently and did a thorough cleanup afterwards. In addition, they were informative and pleasant to work with. I couldn't recommend this company more highly!

Gutter interior and exterior cleaning. These guys were great. Due to their busy schedule it took them a few weeks to get to my place but they were always in touch via email, which I greatly appreciated it and worth they wait. When they arrived they introduced themselves and explained what they would be doing and checked if there were any issues. They cleaned everything up and it was like they were never there. I now have nice clean white gutters and no longer hear the waterfall outside my windows from the overflowing gutters ... lol ???? These guys did a great job, they were quick and reasonably priced, especially in these uncertain times. Thank you Rob & Mike, see you guys next year.

These guys are very professional. The roof and the vinyl siding are a big difference before and after. It was intended to be a one-day job, but due to the roof condition and also the weather, it turned out taking them 3 days, but they did not charge any extra. They even clean the retaining wall and front sidewalk at no additional cost, which are not the items included in the quote. One day they came a little bit late, they email me and let me know right away, which really shows how they care about their customer. I highly recommend them & will definitely use their service again in the future.
