Worst people ever ! laughed at me for wanting the front window replaced after only one chip in it, were extremely rude to me for putting it though insurance and now I'm scared to have it reexamined anywhere else for they didn't do anything to the chip but put nail polish on it please go anywhere else if you are a woman it's clear they don't want your business. this business has no respect whatsoever for women

The back window they installed did not have a defroster. I was never asked if I wanted with or without. The 2 questions I was asked on the phone was if it was a 4-door truck and if it was a slider. When I got my truck back, I questioned them about it, they said the heated version was back-ordered, which made me I feel like was not given the option just so they could make the sale (clearly I would've shopped around to get the product I wanted). To top it off, they flat-out denied I was never given the option for the defroster or not, and told to come back if I ever "change my mind and want the heated version." Not likely.

I went to the Speedy Glass in North Bay, where the wrong windshield was installed on my vehicle. I came back a week later and the proper one was installed, however it could not be calibrated and I was told to come back next week. I paid for my windshield at this time, costing me roughly 600$. I returned next week, my windshield could still not be calibrated. I was told to bring it back the following week, which I did and it still wouldn’t successfully calibrate. I was then told to bring my car to the dealer ship, which I did. The dealership told me the camera in my windshield was broken, and that’s why my Driver Assist system couldn’t function. (Cruise control, lane assist, etc) My car is three years old and there is no reason why this camera has just “stopped” working. One of the service technicians who installed one of the two windshields I had put in broke the camera and now the dealership is trying to charge me 790$ for a camera that was functionally perfectly before being brought into Speedy Glass. I should not have to pay for this and I would like Speedy Glass to pay for the camera they broke while installing the windshield I’ve already paid for. I’ve been told: “It’s not our problem, and can’t be proven.”

Had 2 windshields replaced on my freightliner Coronado on two separate occasions. Both times the water leaks so bad i had to put the garbage can and a cup on the dash to catch the water. I will admit that they did correct the problem the first time and haven't talked with them about the second time yet. But not a good average o/2 I shouldn't have to go back it should be done correct the first time.

Called on Monday made an appointment for Wednesday to have my windshield replaced. They said they had it in stock. They called on Weds morning to say they didn’t have the windshield. I had already started the hour trip to North Bay. Is seems they would of known on Tuesday night that they didn’t have the windshield. On the plus side the lady on the phone was very knowledgeable when I talked to her on Monday
