North Bay Hydro just installed a new water heater for us and we couldn't be happier. Michael and his team made the paperwork super simple...ok, non-existent. The installer called well in advance, arranged a specific time and showed up right on time! (Bell, are you listening?). They lined the floor to make sure there was no mess, were super courteous (yes, wearing their masks without being asked) and did an excellent job. Need a new water heater? Call North Bay Hydro Services!!!!
