Excellent service! Linda was very friendly and helpful on the phone and she understood what my issue was. She was able to send someone out to fix my garage door the same day I called. The repair crew came and fixed the door quickly and efficiently and the repair fee was far less than I expected! Excellent customer service, thank you!

We just had an old garage door opener replaced in June. The system works well and we haven’t had any problems with the opening or closing of our garage door. When I first called in need of their services they were prompt to return my call, and their technician arrived in a timely manner after first calling to ensure I was ready for his visit. He discovered what was wrong with our old opener and after deciding to upgrade our system, Matt returned within a few days and installed our new garage door opener. We really like the new system’s capabilities. Our experience with this company is that they are friendly, dependable and really try to ensure their customers are given the best possible service. We only had one slight problem and that was the light stopped working on the garage door opener. (The light comes on automatically when door is activated and stays on for ten minutes then auto shuts off.) I called Royal and they determined that the bulb must be burnt out. After explaining to them that we weren’t able to climb a ladder to fix the problem ourselves, (disabled seniors), they agreed to send Matt over to change the bulb, which he did the very next day! We did have to supply the new 60 watt bulb as the bulb is not supplied with the new garage door system. We plan on getting them to return in the near future in order to add a few other devices that are compatible. I highly recommend this company in North Bay.

A month ago my garage door cable came off the track and I called more than one garage door repair company. Regal blew me away with it's over and above customer service. I'm out of town and they just happened to have a crew close by. They called before they arrived and fixed the cable. Same day, courteous service, with fair rates! I highly recommend Regal and would call them again if needed. Thank you !
