I highly recommend Northwood Window and Door Centre. The store has a welcoming environment and I was given very helpful and detailed information to help me make a decision. I had a sliding glass door and a bay window installed. The products are of exceptional quality. The gentleman who installed both was very attentive to detail, took his time and answered any questions I had. His young colleague was also courteous. The process from beginning to end was a positive experience!

Very professional, and time sensitive!! Adam and his team replaced a large bay window, glass kitchen door and vinyl covered four main floor windows. The bay window and door were high quality. The service and install was outstanding. They really worked to see that it all was right. Extra trips out to the house to double check. I mean it was really extraordinary, thus demonstrating that this company is interested in long term business relationships within in a community. Highly Recommended.

Have recently purchased windows from Northwood, still just waiting for installation. Andrew was the person that was on site to look things over and provide the quote. He was very pleasant and personable to deal with especially during the current events going on. He was very helpful and forth coming with information. The guys that showed up to do the final measurements were also very respectful and maintained the social distancing guidelines as well. I would not hesitate to recommend Northwood to anybody and look forward to our final product being installed. UPDATE: Windows are now installed. Guys did a fantastic job. Were very mindful of our requests (careful in the flower beds). Drop cloth path was laid down in house. They cleaned up at the end and even vacuumed up after themselves. Great job and thank you again!!
