INCREDIBLE. Called after hours on a Holiday and in less than an hour Chris was on the job. Emergency fixed in no time. A GREAT job done and none of the "additional" services other plumbing companies said I needed. MORE: Even after hours on a holiday he charged me less than any other plumber I called who all quoted me next business day service. HONEST, GREAT SERVICE, GREAT PRICE and FRIENDLY.

Made an appointment with Chris for today December 19. I waited most of the day. He was a no show. No call, no text during the day. I contacted him and he said he was busy working. I reminded him that we had an appointment. He said he would “try” and drop by later tonight since he was busy. That wasn’t the arrangement. He made me feel undervalued as a customer. I’m sick of unreliable, unprofessional trades people who just walk all over their clients. There are way too many of you out there who would appreciate my business for me to have to put up with that crappy service. Unacceptable.

Chris is amazing. I've now used him a few times and he's always been extremely helpful and his work is perfect. Today I had a continuing problem with something that was not his fault, and when I called him to inform him he was over in 10 minutes, spent the better part of the day troubleshooting, ultimately fixed the problem, and when I tried to pay him he absolutely refused to accept anything. Tradesman this good and this honest are hard to come by. I cannot recommend him enough.

If you need a honest, licensed and insured plumber. Call Chris of Providence plumbing. I've been calling on his expertise for years! Even before he became a licensed and insured plumber, with his own plumbing company. Called him last Saturday, one hour later the problem was solved.
