I reached out to New North Exteriors after I received a couple pricey quotes from other companies in North Bay. Sophie returned my email with a very competitive quote and was super helpful / responsive to my questions. Ultimately I went with them for the eaves trough and I'm very happy with the same level of care from the installers that I've trusted them with two windows that need replacing as well. So far very happy with the communicative team, and I'm excited to update this review when the windows are installed!

I spoke to the owner Sophie about a repair job that wasn't finished (I had to finish it myself and supply my own tools due to their own errors). She was argumentative and quibbled over the invoice because she "doesn't make a lot of money" on repairs. She basically argued her way out of future business. Don't waste your time with Near North Exteriors.

The Work was done very efficient,items not noted by us have been brought to the attention of the Home Owner and repaired immediately.Also a request to photograph the condition of the roof was done.No sales Pressure! Furthermore the cost was a lot less then the Homeowner was used to pay for similar services.We can recommend that Company. Work order # 484. Keep up the good Work.

We just had two doors and a few windows installed last week. We are pleased with the end result. Claude and Brody were the installers and they were very pleasant, cleaned up any messes well and the work they did looked well done. Mike and the office staff were very pleasant as well. One thing very small issue that arose was the timing. When scheduling the install we scheduled for one day which in fact it was definitely a two day job. I did not know this until last minute, so I feel that the office, when booking days with their clients, should stipulate how many days the installers will be required to be there. This was a minor issue and ended up working itself out in the end. Overall, we would not hesitate to go to them again. Invoice #3678 ( the first photo is before, the other three are after)

Not a trustworthy business and cant get an order right if they tried..I ordered quite a few windows and none of them were right..David sais he will pay for the mistake but changes his mind when the proper windows come in..no respect for time frames and very disorganized ! I dont recommend this business to anyone ! Home depot is by far faster and ordered properly and cheaper ! Beware of these clowns and get everything in writing
