They replaced a 40' encroaching fence (neighbour's negligence) with a 91'-10" fence that is also unbelievably not entirely on my neighbour's property. Distances between the 13 posts vary from 2@ 5' - 2&1/2", to 6'-10" to 8 in the 7 to 8' range, & the last one is 8' - 5&13/16" from the last post. They should have used a 2x3 or 2x4 (3'x8' frame rectangle-template (on two 9" feet) so that the distances between posts would be identical -- & easier & quicker to get the posts vertical & right. On Sep 7/21 they moved the 4 cement-bolted encroaching metal brackets & cut off the flange nearest me. The owners are excellent at swearing & insulting, & used several letters of the alphabet, -- starting with "A" & got as far as "F".
