Fast prompt and professional services. Came with all the right tools. Would have liked to know the costs breakdown and surcharges prior to receiving a bill but we got service in peak season in less than 12 hours so I really can't complain.

Our boiler sounded possessed and after troubleshooting, we discovered golf-ball size holes in the vent. Our usual HVAC technician couldn't repair it because they were booked. I called Adam and he came the next day and personally repaired the pipe and cleaned out the metal that moved down toward the boiler. 5 star service and loved that he made time for me at one of the busiest times of the year.

Update to my previous review: Service technician came out yesterday (I guess I made it to the list this time), and once again, I was very impressed with the professionalism of this representative of the company. He was on time, was very detailed in his inspection and answered all my questions. Because of this, I have upped my rating. Original post: We had great service when purchasing and installing our fireplace in 2019. Very pleased with all the info and the fireplace is beautiful and gets a lot of compliments. I called them in the fall of 2020 to schedule our yearly service check. I was “on the list”. After 3 more calls between then and the spring of 2021 (I was always on the list) still no service. I called again today and guess what? I’m on the list for when they start doing service checkups. Wouldn’t that be something you can do at any time of the year? It seems they are The fireplace is making a noise when we started it up and I’m already anxious about using propane so now I don’t feel I can use the unit until it is checked. I have tried to be patient, recognizing that COVID has caused delays but what about safety? Very unhappy about the post-sale (lack of) service and concern for the customer.

We called to have our AC unit replaced. We were advised that someone would come by on Thursday to come and take a look and we would receive a call that day with a time. By 4:00pm we had not received a call, I had to call into the office to be told that they were short staffed and noone was coming. Mentioned to the person on the phone that they should have called us since we waited around all day. Decided to go with another company.

Worst plumbing company in town. Not sure how they are still in business. Very unprofessional and lacking in basic plumbing knowledge. Do yourself a favor and avoid these guys or suffer the consequences.

I can't say enough how great these guys were to deal with from beginning to end. From the first phone call to have someone come in for a quote to the when the service was done, everything was absolutely A1. Super friendly and professional. They call you back when they say they're gonna call you back. Incredibly communicative every step of the way. And the work! Oh the work they did! *kisses fingers like an Italian chef* Perfect. Exactly what we wanted. And when they were done, they left everything as clean as how they found it. Just a swell bunch of guys and girls!

BEWARE! We had our natural gas BBQ hooked up by Harwood Plumbing & Heating. We called to ask how much it would cost. Someone came to our house that day and said their "high" estimate would be $300-$350. The techs came a day later and set us up in less than an hour. Everything went as planned. Our bill was $468.00. 1/3 more of the bill we were expecting. Apparently they charge their travel to and from (apparently 37min drive for them but it took 5 mins for us) + they round up their labour (they sent a tech and a helper and charged us two hrs for each of them but they were here for less than one hour) and then the tax of course. None of these charges were explained to us prior to doing business. In fact the companies defence was that it was an "estimate" when they first came to the house. Why come if what you tell us to expect for cost is completely open ended? Why come to our home to give an "estimate" if you can charge us almost double what you quote? Get your quotes in writing if you deal with them and have them explain IN DETAIL what they charge for. If you're techs are sitting in your driveway for 5 mins after their job shew them away! It's costing you more money!

If I could give them no stars, I would! BE WARNED! Most arrogant people I have ever dealt with, especially the owners wife who is in charge of billing! #1 Was quoted no more than 3 hours to do the job when it actually took 6.5!!! #2 The tech did not have the proper tools with him to do the installation and had to go back to the office. Thirty minutes there and 30 minutes back cost me $95!!! Judy, the owners wife defended this and said to me "Can you imagine if we had to buy hammer drills for all 10 of our techs". I can't imagine any tech NOT having the right tools with them to do the job, and especially charging the customer for that time wasted!!! I have dealt with this company for OVER 15 years and have always recommended them BUT after the argument with Judy on the phone about this invoice and refusing to take even 30 minutes off the bill, I WILL NEVER USE THIS AWFUL COMPANY AGAIN!

Highly recommend this place. I was referred to this company by my pool supplier and I wasn’t disappointed. Rick and his crew were amazing. Rick came over when he said he would to look at my pool and gas meter to provide a quote. The guys came in to install the gas line a couple of days later. Cant say enough they did a great job even painted the black steel gas pipe!
