We used Bay Roofing to replace some broken eaves and replace the fascia. After receiving the quote we were added to the "backlog." We were surprised to find them available two weeks later. Showed up before 8 and were done by 5. Workers were professional and polite (we have young kids). No mess left at the end of the day. Everything looks great and so far is working well. They've assured us they will come back to reassess if we notice any problems. Very satisfied.

Had our roof and carport redone by Bay Roofing July 2020. When we called for an estimate earlier in the year they provided one very quickly and then followed up to see if we had any questions. When a cancellation came up they scheduled us for an earlier start, showed up on time with a full crew and got right to work. The team was friendly, helpful, and professional; they kept us advised as to what they were doing and notified us of any necessary extra work before they did it. They finished the job within a day - it’s professional work, and it looks great. They left some nails behind in our yard, but when I told them about it they were back on site within hours and cleaned everything up. Would recommend Bay Roofing very highly - we’re very satisfied with the work they did for us.

What a slick outfit! Showed up the afternoon before scheduled day to quickly examine and discuss what needed to be done, then promptly the next morning to start the job. They found an issue with my house's fascia but quickly fixed it and had the gutters up and fully installed by shortly after 2 in the afternoon. They put both downspouts exactly where I wanted them, like they didn't even need to be asked. Even installed a splitter for a rain barrel. Total cleanup afterwards. Way better than I could've imagined. A+++++++++++

I recently had my roof re-shingled by Bay Roofing, I was notified in advance the workers would be arriving. The work crew arrived on time and were very professional. The crew worked very well together and were well coordinated. As the work was been performed the team members took the time to answer any of my questions on the products or their methods and processes. It was like watching a well oiled machine work everything was synchronized just like a Holmes on homes video. The quality of their work and craftsmanship and knowledge exceeded my expectations. Since the roofing project went so well and I was impressed with their workforce's, work ethic I contracted this company to do soffit and fascia upgrades as well.

Bay Roofing, North Bay, arrived on time at 07:30 am sharp. They had a ground and roof crew that set to work immediately. They did not stop until the job was all completed a few hours later. Crew members were friendly, answered all my questions and the lead roofers were very knowledgeable. They thoroughly cleaned up after themselves and throughout the job too. An additional MaxiVent was installed without them going into my garage attic. Drip edging was installed around my full perimeter roof. The two starting rows were a special ice- block material, then regular felt roofing was rolled over the plywood. I selected a cedar colored shingle. They used the power nail guns and everything was thoroughly nailed. I am going to get Bay Roofing to do my eaves work as well shortly. Thank you BAY ROOFING for a great looking roofing job - well done!

I called Bay roofing in August after another company kept putting me off. They said they were busy but were able to do it in about 2 weeks. They called ahead to ask me to decide on a shingle and then updated my quote based on my decision to go with a better shingle. They called a day ahead to confirm day and time. They arrived at 7am as planned and completed the job that day and at the exact amount of the updated quote. They were professional and did excellent work.

After dealing with a nightmare situation with insurance and a leaking roof for over 8 months . Nicole and Bay Roofing came to the rescue , they provided an in depth report to insurance outlining the issues, and explaining to me what work needed to be done and why. Nicole had my work lined up in a timely manner and the crew was done an entire roof replacement in two days. I am very thankful to have this done before the end of season and that it comes with a workmanship guarantee, the prices are fair and the crew was good about clean up as well. A year later Bay Roofing was back to reroute and fix some of the evestroughs , fair prices and all done in one day. Thanks again guys

Today Kevin, the Operations Manager with a sister company of Bay Roofing called Bay Commercial Roofing, not only repaired the roof, he went over and above what was expected and took care of other details that were necessary to ensure other poor workmanship was corrected and that Marlene is completely at peace and satisfied with the service he and his crew provided. They left shingle nails all over the yard and never came back to fix the gutter. Poorly installed. I guess that’s what you get when they hire inexperienced roofers. Choose a different company

They were very friendly and professional, they explained to me what was happening and why it was damaged, they fixed it all up for me! The second crew came the following day to install our Eavestrough. Again, everyone was so kind and friendly. They were all very knowledgeable and explained to us what would work best with our house. Payed them in full upon completion against my better judgment, first rain after they did my eves and the eves leaked. I made them aware and they never came back. I even sent them video and pics. The eves they installed are no better than the original ones they replaced. They have had a year to come fix the shotty work. Do not pay them in full till you can prove the job is complete.

From the time we made the call for estimate on Re-Roofing and Gutter Installation we had extremely quick quoting, instant response to emails from the office, the Roofing crew was extremely professional, excellent workmanship, teamwork, attention to cleaning up, started early, 7:00 am and never stopped working until the job was done each day (not at 4:00), for 2 1/2 days. We are 125% satisfied with the job. Then the Gutter Installation crew showed up less than 2 hours after the Roofing crew was completed. What an amazing job, we had no idea Gutters could add so much detail and finish to a good roof (icing on the cake). The crew of 3 did an awesome job and worked with us to solve some issues with creative ideas. The use of hinged downspout extension is incredibly practical and will extend it's life, great bonus. The crew worked until the job was done, after 6:00 and you could see the pride in the quality of work they did and it shows. We are over the moon happy and can't believe how excellent a job was done. We were amazed at the professionalism of everyone, the team work of each crew member being one step ahead knowing what the next guy needed, all the right quality tools, happy employees who enjoy working together and where they work, a well oiled machine. Bay roofing recently replaced the roof of my building and am extremely impressed with their quality of service from to the office to the actual execution of the job. Reading Nancy Grame review, I don’t get the impression it’s a real person. I’m from toronto, and the cost of my roof exceeded 10,000.00. The roof was completed, and I still owe nearly fifty percent for the job. I’m from toronto, and the job was completed in north bay. I was never asked for an advance payment. When I receive the invoice, three days after I attended to office and made a part payment, and they never questioned me about my ability to pay the difference, nor made demands that I pay immediately. I indicated to them when I expect to pay the balance, and they had no issues.
