Excellent, professional service from a very competent company. We experienced a sudden loss of heating with our furnace and called Dan at Upper Canada Mechanical Heating and Air Conditioning. Although very busy with calls due to stormy weather the night before, Dan very kindly squeezed us into his schedule and was at our door in less than an hour. Our problem was quickly and expertly diagnosed and before running to pick up parts, he insisted on ensuring our home was temporarily heated to a comfortable temperature before leaving. We were kept well informed of his progress by text and he even checked on us by phone to ensure we were still warm enough. In less than 3 hours start to finish, we were back up and running normally. This is truly above and beyond "Old School Service". I would not hesitate to recommend Upper Canada Mechanical Heating and Air Conditioning to family or friends. Thank you Dan, Amazing service!

Furnace would not start. Called owner dispatched rep in15 minutes. Furnace fixed.I moved to the community just over 2 yrs ago I have used the companies services several times. Recently had a humidifier installed on the furnace it was professionally installed by two service men. Furthermore I have recommended the company to people I know to purchase and install a new furnace.

Great responsiveness and very professional service. Dan was accessible and available on his cell and this made it easy to schedule a time for him to come inspect our HVAC service. He was honest and straightforward. He had an opportunity to sell us on a new air conditioner, but was honest about it being able to last longer. These people are extremely unprofessional. Had someone named Dan in for a quote on a new system and although their work seems to be outstanding, he never stopped bad mouthing other local companies and their work. Unfortunately will not be using their services for that reason.

After calling on October 17th, Dan said to text him and email him the information. We did that immediately. We received no reply for a week. We called half a dozen times and received no answer. Then we finally spoke with the answering service and left a message. Then we called Dan again and he said he would call back to set up an appointment. To this date, October 30th, we have heard nothing.
