Tree Amigos has done a variety of work for us over the years, from a some walkway and garden refresh to an entire front/backyard landscape package at our new home, including seat wall and stone fireplace feature. The crew has always been fantastic and friendly and the job site has always been left in pristine condition when they are all done. Highly recommended for all landscaping needs, especially anyone in a new build with a blank slate.

I have used Tree Amigos in the past for root fertilizing my trees. I was told that with a program of fertilizing in the spring and then again in the fall, our trees would benefit greatly. After the first fall fertilizing, I asked the fellow to come back in the spring and do it again. Spring arrived, and no Tree Amigos. I left several voicemails, as well as emails, with absolutely NO reply. It was not until I emailed the main partner that I got any action. The fertilizing was done and once again, I was expecting them this fall. Its now the middle of December, and Tree Amigos has not fertilized. Seems one cannot count on their maintenance division to do what they say they'll do. I do not recommend them.

Work for company forgot spray wand on a lawn in Niagara on the green, employee from tree amigos picked up or wand and found us later in the day and gave it back. Very professional waved us down while we were driving down the street. Great Employee wish I had gotten his name.

As a resident of one of the properties, Tree Amigos is charged with clearing snow from the parking lot. I am left wondering at the mental capacity of their snow plow operators. Plenty of room to pile up the snow off of the parking lot...but noooooo. Leave a huge pile on the parking lot taking away available parking spaces. Not professional. They just don't care. Edit... I called and left a message with Brian. Have not heard back from him. If I was interested in conflict resolution I would have phoned or emailed you. Seeing as this is a site to write reviews. That is what I did. I reviewed your staff while they were here doing what should have been doing. Leaving a massive pile of snow blocking a fire lane is not what should have happened. Your bobcat showed up at 10:30 PM to move the pile of snow from the parking lot (fire lane). Thank you...for waking up about a hundred people. This could have been done during the day. But wait! There is more. The pile of snow was moved from the pavement to the grass still blocking emergency access by fire and ems. There was plenty of room and no cars hindering your efforts to move the snow to the other side of the parking lot....30 feet possibly. Call management you say. Did that. That is probably why your staff was here to correct a serious and potentially dangerous situation. Not only for the residents living here but to fire and ems personnel. The potentially dangerous situation remains. We as residents have every right to a safe environment. We don't need your staff making our home unsafe. Start inspecting your staffs absolutely mind blowing brilliance at snow removal. It might go a long way to you getting more positive reviews on sites such as this.

Spent $10k and had to get them back just over a year after to fix our front brick patio as it fell apart, they fixed it for $1000 and its a few years after the first repair and it fell apart again, won't be calling them back.

I’ve been dreaming of redoing my back yard since 2015 when I first reached out to a few companies for some quotes including Tree Amigos. I realized doing it properly was going to be more money than I could afford and I didn’t want to compromise by hiring an “I know a guy” type, in the ten years I’ve been a home owner I’ve learned that lesson a couple times using individual handymen with no online reviews, online reputation or BBB file, etc. Finally this year my budget was in better shape and it was time to revisit the backyard. Our side split is from 1968 and had a sub-ground rear exit to the backyard with stairs crumbling apart and a sorry excuse for a patio that featured a mish-mash of various stones and pavers. We had RAM Construction come in and rip out all the concrete steps, pony wall and patio materials, mason in the rear exit doorway and fill in the area. Next we had Quality Exteriors install a new rear exit door from our dining room at ground level. These renovations were completed in October 2018 so since that time we’ve had an eyesore of a backyard to look back out on, poor creeping Charlie and quack-infested grass, messy borders with the neighbors and an empty expanse of earth where the patio and stairs used to be that turned into a weedy forest every two weeks. I contacted Drew in late May with a very rough idea of what I wanted to do, I was still deciding between poured concrete and interlocking pavers at the time and probably reached out to 5-6 different contractors and landscapers. I met with at least three personally including Drew for the first time in early June. My wife wasn’t able to make this meeting but did like the look of the Unilock pavers in the catalogue Drew left with me. I wanted a bigger patio than my wife wanted so this resulted in some back and forth. Drew came out for a second time in early July to meet with us again for over half an hour, answered candidly all the questions my wife had about size, brainstormed a few ideas on how to break up the overall area to make it more appealing vs. just one big rectangle of pavers, then came back a week later with four really detailed design options for us to try and narrow down a direction. We had several more back and forths over the next few weeks, ended up having a forego the larger patio so that I could budget in resodding the lawn, doing some nice borders around the property and adding a 6’ privacy fence. After finalizing the design in late August, our pre-booked spot for the second week of September arrived and at 7:30am sharp Tree Amigos pulled into the neighborhood. The organizational skills here were so impressive. Caution cones were put out, heavy equipment was dropped off, trucks came and went, the guys were working within literally 2-3 mins of arriving. What I thought was going to be a 7-10 day job, these guys were completely done in just three days. BAM! The guys were all professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I chatted with Tom the construction supervisor on the Monday and Matt, one of the team leads, on the Wednesday and these guys, I can’t recommend them highly enough. You just know right away you’re in good hands and the small premium you might spend going with a larger, well-established company, is SO worth it. We had high expectations for this job with the money we were spending and the reputation of Tree Amigos, and they still smashed those expectations easily. Our back yard looks absolutely amazing and hopefully in a few more years we can budget for them to come back and do the front. Thank you so much to the entire Tree Amigos team, you guys absolutely rocked our job and we’re so happy.

We hired Tree Amigos Landscaping to do our backyard last summer. It included a patio, lounge area, gardens and a retaining wall. The design Drew did was perfect for the property. Tom was there each day to ensure the job was going smoothly. Craig and his crew did an amazing job at installing it and it was done on time. We found them very organized and professional. From the initial design, quote, scheduling, and installation, it was a pleasure working with Tree Amigos. The service was incredibly prompt, the employees were friendly & efficient, and the end result exceeded my expectations. I loved how they had different people who were experts when it came to the stonework, and the plants. The care, and quality of work was fantastic. Tree Amigos installed a driveway, walkway, sitting area, and a large array of plants and trees to our newly constructed house. They kept on schedule, delivered on all of their promises, and we couldn't be happier with the result. I would recommend them to anyone looking to add any stonework, or landscaping to their homes. We are thrilled with our new front yard and driveway. Drew listened to our ideas, offered suggestions and his team did a wonderful job of installation. Our front yard was completely gutted, but on our request, they replanted a few things that we wanted to reuse. The herringbone layout for the driveway and walkway is lovely. They also reclad our front steps in stone and brick, which turned out beautifully. They took pride in each job, were knowledgeable, courteous on site and followed up to make sure we were happy. In November 2017, Drew had his crew install my driveway. I can honestly say I was impressed from the start. Drew was patient with us as we worked through different options that would fit our budget. Once the final plan was decided, Drew kept in touch so we knew exactly when the job would start. When his crew arrived, they worked hard, and cleaned up each day, so there was minimal disruption/mess to the street. The site supervisor was excellent and made sure it was turning out the way I had envisioned. He even suggested making small changes to my garden area so it would look better. After 4 days the whole project was finished and exceeded my expectations. My wife and I couldn't be happier. I can, without hesitation, highly recommend Tree Amigos, Drew Hutchison and his work crew.
