We would recommend Superior Countertops to anyone and everyone. We were in a bit of a jam when our new vanity arrived with a damaged top piece. It turned out to be a blessing in disguise because Mandy, being the gem that she is, had us hooked up with a beautiful quartz countertop and backsplash within days. Thanks again to Mandy and staff, you really were Superior!

We used Superior for our recent kitchen reno. Huge selection of product to choose from. Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent installation. Would recommend. We originally priced out our countertops with Ikea, but Superior had a better price and blew Ikea out of the water with selection. We also prefer to keep our business local when possible.

They came to our house today to install countertops and backsplash in two separate rooms. They have an extremely friendly and professional owner and install crew. We were missing a small piece of backsplash and they rushed back to the office and made one up for us. They immediately came back and finished the job on the same day! OUTSTANDING SERVICE. The countertops look amazing.. This is the second time we utilized this company and hope this review helps others make the right choice to utilize them as well....Thanks again for going a step above the rest!!! We had Superior Countertops install a waterfall countertop in our kitchen and new counters in our laundry room and 2 bathrooms and we couldn't be happier. The whole process was great; from Mandy at the showroom to the gentlemen doing the install. After placing our order, we didn't have to wait long for the install and the guys were very professional and very meticulous. We absolutely love all of our new counters but especially the waterfall; what a game changer! They cleaned up after themselves and did an outstanding job. We highly recommend Superior Countertops

From start to finish Mandy was so helpful with my choosing of the countertop right up to Installation and beyond. Her communication was over and above what I expected. It’s refreshing during a renovation project to deal with such a great company that bent over backwards to have my counters installed before Christmas even with a time crunch ! Installers were both very professional and clean and a pleasure to have in my home ! Jeff and his team were very accommodating to our schedule and doing what worked for us. On installation day they were on time and fully prepared for the install. Our sink was under mounted and they drilled for the new faucet. They made installation quick and painless and when they left you would never know they had been here other then leaving us with a beautiful new counter top. Mandy was amazing, she showed me the samples and gave me the best quote in the Niagara region with an undermount sink included. A few days later, Jeff came to the house and did laser measurements and a week later the installers came in and did the installation which was a breeze in and one within an hour with top notch quality and meticulous work!!! We were referred to Superior Countertops from our kitchen designer. The whole experience with them was flawless especially since we were halfway into the most recent covid lockdown. From when they took measurements to when the quartz was delivered and installed it was a very quick turn around. (considering the timing) What impressed me the most was their installers. When they arrived at my home they wore masks kept their distance and when I answered the door asked my comfort level, where they should enter in and out of my home and made sure when they were going in and out the doors and gates were closed since I have a dog. (Something so little was greatly appreciated) They were kind, worked quick, cleaned up after themselves and answer questions about maintenance and care for the counters before they left. Would highly recommend.

We contacted Superior Countertops after seeing their ad in a booklet. We started on line with pics, drawings and ideas. Mandy sent us pics of samples we expressed interest in. Once we decided we had an appointment to pick out our countertop and free sink. Dave came to measure and their quote which was close to their estimate. The counters came on time and the guys who installed them were professional and left the place nice and clean. Great company to work with.
