We knew we made the right choice with Steve immediately after our first consultation. He has been professional, personable, and extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of the project. We tasked Steve to update our entire kitchen and living room from an outdated and cramped 60s style layout to a modern and open concept look. The results have been spectacular and we couldn't be happier! Steve and his team reworked everything from framing, flooring, lighting, gas, electrical, plumbing, insulation, drywall, appliance installation, and even removing a load bearing wall. There were also so many small updates along the way, it's Impossible to count them all, but for each time we needed a little extra help, Steve has always been reliable and happy to help. It's easy to see that he values his clients, and that client satisfaction comes first! Steve helped us anticipate problems along the way (as one would naturally come to expect in a house from the 60s) and provided multiple solutions to help us balance our budget and our needs when it came time to address the situations. Steve, you are incredibly dedicated and we appreciate what you've done for us - so much more than words can express. You went the extra mile on more than one occasion, and we are very greatful! What can we say but “Wow!"? The stellar work of Steve’s skilled tradespeople transformed our cramped ensuite bathroom into a truly luxurious space, exquisitely tiled and glassed. Our tired kitchen needed flooring and backsplash replaced. Again, the attention to quality and detail created a huge improvement. The owner, Steve, was the only contractor who returned our call requesting a quote for the job (we called a total of 4 companies) and he did so within 24 hours. Well, he’s done it again. After 20 years the sola tube in our newly renovated master bath needed replacing. If we waited until Spring we would probably be repairing the ceiling as well. Steve was here when he said he would be and ready to get at it but unfortunately we had a light dusting of snow and it made working on the roof a little unsafe. So...he returned in the afternoon. Needless to say Steve was on the roof until dark on one of the coldest and damp days we’ve had. Another job well done by one of the best. Thanks Steve.
