We have used this company dozens of times on Large renovation projects and every single time, we have been incredibly impressed with one of the most important parts of the job - the fine details. The things that you see in person, when you look up close, have always met our expectations. If ever something was out of place, or overlooked, they have always honored their word and completed whatever was needed.

It was Red Maple Contracting who rebuilt the two large rooms in my basement. Red Maple Contracting framed in all the walls, including a laundry area, duct work, two windows, and built a room with doors for the furnace and hot water tank. Red Maple Contracting installed drywall including on the ceiling in both rooms ensuring access doors for my outside water taps, city water supply line and some ceiling electrical boxes. Red Maple Contracting also built a professional cupboard door to my electrical panel. I also had Red Maple Contracting replace some panelling on walls of another floor with drywall including around a fireplace. Red Maple Contracting then painted all surfaces and installed baseboards, window and door trim. Everything looked fantastic when it was done. Red Maple Contracting completed all work in a very professional manner. I felt that everyone at Red Maple cared for my house as if it were their own by putting down protective floor coverings where needed, installing plastic sheeting to section off the rest of my house from any dust such as from sanding the drywall joints, and always keeping the area very clean. I had purchased a special laundry sink from Costco and owner Steven and Mike installed it for me which I appreciated. Red Maple Contracting were always very attentive to any concerns my wife and I had often coming up with solutions we had not thought of. I have just used their service a month ago. They are punctual, friendly and reasonably priced. You can read all the other reviews under for their services. I just want to mention one thing: I foster care cats for local humane society, so I have a "foster cat room" in the basement. This is where cats stay when they try to settle in the first few weeks. When Mike heard about this, he put in a small window so the cat can peek out and feel less bored. Please see picture below.

I’ve hired these guys for a few separate home renovation projects over the years and they’ve always come through with good service and a nice finished product. From work like turning an unfinished basement into a beautiful living area, to replacing a deck, to a complete remodelling of our kitchen and bath, Steven and his team managed each project well and paid attention to details (which was important to me). Even though they do much larger-scale projects than what I’ve used them for, it’s nice that they’re good at the smaller jobs too, and able to help get them done quickly. After each project they made sure my wife and I were happy with the finished product before moving on, which is also a good sign. Pricing is competitive relative to the high quality work they do, resulting in a high overall value, and makes it easy to recommend them to others.
