Very unprofessional. Abandoned the project halfway and disappeared into thin air despite my payment of nearly 90% of total cost. So many faults here and there on the floorings they did in the house. Abandoned trash skip on my driveway for over month. Also didn’t supply complete materials. One of the worst experiences in our lives. Wouldn’t recommend them to my enemy.

This company is very professional and clean. They came and refinished our floors and they look amazing. They cleaned up after they were done, I had no worries about anything being left behind for little ones or pets to get hurt on, any questions and concerns I had initially were all answered in a timely manner and very professionally. I recommend this company to anyone looking to have their floors done they are very pocket friendly and will travel any distance I live 2 hours away and they had no issue with it.

I found them to be very professional, they came in gave me a quote which is what the final cost was when they were finished. I don't live in the area and they made the trip to me on more than one occasion which was at no extra cost to me. They kept me up to date when there was a delay in getting the flooring they had ordered to install, which was covid related and no fault of theirs. They cleaned up after each day at the house, they removed ALL garbage and debris. I think the 2 people that left the very heartless reviews should maybe take a look at their behavior during the time the installers where there, just remember there are 2 sides to every story!!!
