Serge went above and beyond to find a solution to a problem with our old doors. Instead of ripping the hardwood frames apart to replace with prehung, he spend ages calling around for an off-sized door, and ultimately came up with a good solution to save money. He was prompt and communicative. The team arrived on time and performed the work quickly and efficiently, were friendly, and cleaned up before they left. I would absolutely recommend Mr. Handyman of Niagara Region. After dealing with contractors who never respond to phone calls, Mr. Handyman was a breath of fresh air.

I used Mr Handyman of Niagara’s services on 2 separate occasions, and found them to be reliable and quick to respond. On the first instance, they cleaned out my gutters and fixed my outside water fixture. The second time was to build a new porch over the existing crumbling and outdated cement block. They accommodated my request to minimize any reduction in size by putting the posts on the outside and the improvement in curb appeal and front door access is huge (pictures attached). Very happy with both service visits and the fact that they were prompt and efficient with their time and mine.

Good pricing, great work, and unmatched customer service. Very happy all around, had 2 projects completed. I had counter tops, vinyl plank flooring, interior doors, baseboards and moulding done. All work looks great and professional as expected from a top company (and I am fairly picky). The customer service was great, Sam made sure I was 100% happy with everything before payment. A few days after my project was complete I tried change out my exterior front door hinges. I couldnt get the door back on! I called Serge for help and he sent Sam right over. After about half hour it was fixed. Then he didnt even charge me a penny! Needless to say I was quite surprised at no charge for an emergency call.

I wanted to lower my TV from the fireplace mantle to reduce neck strain. Serge came to the house and presented a number of options. The next day the team showed up and within a few hours a box was made to accommodate the TV and pull down mount. Plus the box was designed to hide all the cables and cable box. The best compliment I can give Serge and his team is that they took as much care in doing a superior job as if they were doing it in their own home. Clean up after the job was excellent. It was like they were never here! I would not hesitate to bring Serge and team back for future projects. The honesty and work ethic we witnessed was beyond our expectations.

Mr. Handyman to the Rescue!! I recently my gutted and refinished my entire basement. After the drywall was hung I went about finding someone to do the tape/mud. I found someone online and hired them to do the job. Two weeks later and I had to kick that person out of my house when I realized they didn’t know what they were doing. I wasn’t sure of anything done was salvageable. So then I called Mr Handyman, which I should have done in the first place, and asked them to come look at my basement and see what they could do. Well I gotta tell ya I definitely should have called these guys first. They came to my house within 24 hours, were working on it within 48 hours, and completed the job in about one week. I couldn’t be happier!! Serge was very pleasant during all of our interactions, he and his team (Daniil) truly transformed by basement. Learn from my mistakes and call Mr. Handyman first!

I was so lucky to have found the services of Mr. Handyman. I have been using them for the past few months and their knowledge, expertise and creative ideas have been beyond expectations. I purchased an older home that was in need of small repairs and this service was perfect for the myriad of odd jobs that needed to be completed. The owner had some creative suggestions for rejuvenating my crumbling deck which were less expensive than building a new one. The team that does the work is outstanding - they can virtually do anything and if they can't fix something on the spot they will go the extra mile to help find you a solution. These people excel at customer service, they arrive on time, they clean up after themselves and they make sure you are a satisfied customer. I find the rates reasonable for the professional expertise they bring to the table and I will continue to use them for all my household repairs. So far I have been unable to find a task they can't effectively tackle. They have caulked, grouted, adjusted cupboards, repaired a deck, hung lights, created attic doors, cleaned eaves-troughs and I intend to use them to tile my old fireplace in future. I am impressed with their work ethic and ingenuity and very happy with their work.
