I usually don't write reviews, but after almost a year from the date when we moved into our new beautiful house, which was built by DRT Custom Homes, I decided to share my feedback with others. We have purchased a model home from DRT; the house has all the features and upgrades that I was searching for, it even exceeded my expectation; I can see the attention to detail in every room and area of the house. It's merely a piece of art; in addition to that, I found the DRT management team very professional with a high customer service level. If you are looking for a high-quality custom-built home, then I highly recommend DRT Custom Homes.

Isabella helped us a lot as we were new to this area she was always there for us whenever we needed her. To put it simply….DRT homes are the BEST! My first contact with them was when I got my master bedroom and bathroom renovated. They were fantastic. Unlike my previous contractor, they gave me a timeline and it was completed within that expected time. I was so happy with their work that a few years later I contacted them again for my DREAM KITCHEN! That’s exactly what Isabella and Roman delivered. I had enough confidence in their work that I did not even get any other quotes. They are extremely knowledgeable and they listened to what I wanted. They were able to make excellent suggestions and they certainly made sure that I was happy and satisfied with my dream kitchen. Again, they met their deadlines, even though I kept adding extra projects for them to do in our family room, sunroom and 2 bedrooms. I have recommended DRT to many of my friends.

This also continued after we moved in, but instead Isabella or Roman would stop by the house to make sure everything was finished to their high standards. DRT Custom Homes recently built an addition onto our home and a custom pool shed as well. They were simply amazing to work with. I've built several custom homes for my family over the years and know that building a home or doing a major reno involves a lot of time, effort and even some challenges along the way. To build our dream house, we started looking for builders across Niagara region. DRT was referred to us by a neighbour who works for a few local home construction companies. His kind help lead us the right direction! After granting the contract of a 3000 sq. ft. two storey double car garage home to DRT out of 3 offers, the project was started in April 2017 as PLANNED. We had the new home key in Mid Dec the same year as PLANNED. Not only did we get our beautiful home, we also developed friendships with the team of DRT, Isabella and Erin. I have to say they are such lovely ladies with smiles, ideas, details, skills, patients and the most important – customer satisfaction is always their priority. DRT team • Stands behind what they say on timing, payment, construction and finishes • Helps with design improvements • Recommends reliable and competitive local retail suppliers • Communicates with customers seamlessly and promptly • Does the best to satisfy the customers’ need and wishes • Knows the trends and quality of building products • Corrects to customer satisfaction after PDI • Has great project management ability and trades such as kitchen cabinets, stone and brick, tile and hardwood flooring, windows and doors, soffit and eavestrough, heating and air cooling (our neighbour) etc. We are very lucky to have made the right decision by working with DRT. Our new home is eye-catching with amazing qualities inside. We appreciate all the helps from the DRT team – Isabella and Roman.
