Not only were their prices significantly less than what we were quoted by other companies, the service was excellent (some companies never even got back to me with a quote). Blair was great in getting us quotes and keeping us in the loop regarding scheduling. The crew were professional and took extra care of our garden and property. Even went extra to take care of some rough spots in our old siding. And the roof looks great.

After getting 3 other quotes, I contacted Wayne at Class Eh because I didn't trust what I was being told by the other companies... Wayne quoted quite a bit lower and I trusted him. A while later I had a what i thought was a warranty issue, but turned out to be a leak in our siding. Wayne was back within 2 hours of me calling, on our roof fixing the issue....no charge. I'd totally recommend these guys.

We called Blair to come over and take a look at a hot water tank vent that needed to be removed from the roof. Blair arrived at our house right on time with a perfect solution. He had his workers arrive later that afternoon to remove the vent, patch the hole, install the roofing paper and put on the new shingles. He also matched the shingles that had been installed a few years prior and you cannot tell the roof has been patched. I recently had my insurance company request that I get a quote on removing the moss from the roof of my house. I knew that in all likelihood the roof was going to require replacement. I contacted 3 roofing contractors for an estimate on the removal of the moss. As expected, all 3 roofing contractors recommended that the roof be replaced and provided me with estimates to do so. All three estimates were very similar in price. During my discussions with the contractors I found that Wayne at Class Eh roofing took the additional time to clearly outline my options. He explained in detailed what would be involved in removing the moss and what effect the moss and removal process has on a roof and the existing substructure. He then described in detail what I could expect with replacing the roof. As would be expected, Wayne is very knowledgeable in his field and outlined some concerns he had regarding the existing roof. He went to the extra effort of looking at the roof from inside the attic to ascertain if there was any apparent additional damage. Thankfully there was not. All this gave me a very comfortable feeling that Wayne was the right contractor for me. To top it off, he also provided the cheapest price. Wayne helped me decide on a colour of shingle and had already included an upgraded shingle in his quote. We discussed his schedule and decided on an installation date. Shortly afterwards, Wayne had a change or cancellation in his existing schedule and was able to fit me in much sooner than expected which I appreciated as I could give the information to my insurance company that much earlier. During the installation, an unexpected snowfall occurred which halted the replacement for a short period. Wayne and his crew made sure that the worksite was sealed and secured. As soon as possible, they were back at the job site and the work was completed. Through all phases of the shingle removal and replacement, Wayne and his crew were very friendly, professional and helpful. Upon completion the property was left clean and tidy. I was very satisfied with the completed roof. The colour that Wayne helped me pick out enhanced the look of the entire house. A week after installation was complete and the snow had melted, I found some roofing debris on the property. I called Wayne and he explained that it is common that some debris is missed when snowfalls occur as it gets buried under the snow. Wayne had his crew back at the house the next day picked up any additional debris and again ran a magnet around the property to pick up any additional nails and other metallic items. I found Wayne and Class Eh Roofing provided me with an excellent product and great service. I highly recommend Class Eh to anyone who is looking for a quality roofing company. Class Eh, Blair & the team was extremely professional and fairly priced. Class Eh replaced old shingles on a portion of our roof that was missed by previous roofers and replaced a vent on the roof with a newer version less likely to bend. We are so happy with the finished product and clean up.

A few years ago Class Eh replaced my roof and did a fantastic job. I recently called them about capping my new garage door. I had to have my doorway widened. Blair came out the same day and quoted the job. They came out in a snow squall and capped it quickly and efficiently. My new door looks great and the price was fair. I recommend Class Eh

During a recent wind storm, we discovered that some shingles had blown off our roof. I made few calls to some roofing companies and got hold of Wayne from Class Eh Roofing. He came by within the hour complete with all the tools and materials to do an emergency repair. Wayne quickly identified and repaired the most critical areas. Upon completion he did a quick visual inspection of the rest of roof and noted numerous additional areas that sustained wind damage. He recommended a more thorough inspection to determine the extent of the damage. Wayne arrived the following day and performed a detailed inspection of the roof. It is a complex roof with multiple steep planes and dormers. He utilized sophisticated drone technology and software to accurately map the roof and identify the damaged areas. This technology produced an impressive, detailed representation of the roof with the damaged areas clearly outlined. The quote Wayne provided included printed documentation and quality drone photos as well as a detailed material list of what was included in the quote. He also suggested that we check our insurance as he found significant damage from the wind storm and insurance may cover the repair. We did our due diligence and requested 2 more quotes. Although Wayne’s was not the cheapest he was close to it. I found Wayne to be very professional and knowledgeable and selected Class Eh as our roofing contractor. As we did have insurance for wind damage, I submitted Wayne’s quote to the insurance adjuster for approval. The adjuster responded by questioning that perhaps not all the damage was from the same wind storm. Wayne worked directly with the adjuster and provided additional documentation and performed another on-site inspection. This additional effort and information provided on Wayne’s part convinced the adjuster to approve the claim. Once approved, Wayne helped us select and source the colour of the shingles. We established a tentative install date understanding that date is somewhat flexible based on the weather. The refuse bin arrived the day before the job was to begin. Wayne and his crew arrived early in the morning and immediately began to cover the siding, railings and decking to prevent damage from falling debris. Wayne’s crew were very friendly, considerate and respectful of our privacy. The size of the roof required that the job span over 3 days. Each night the job site was left clean and tidy. Upon completion of the job, the property was thoroughly cleaned and a magnetic metal detector was used around the entire area to pick up any nails and such that may have dropped into the grass and flower beds. The day after completion, Wayne dropped by to ensure we were happy with the work that was performed. I thanked him for a job well done and for his help with the insurance adjuster that could very well have saved us thousands of dollars.
