Great service. Fast response times.

This installer came out to clean our air purifier filters and install a ductless air conditioner. They said they didn’t need the directions on how to clean the filters and cleaned it with water - we called the manufacturer after who said this should have never been cleaned with water. We told them it wasn’t working and they said they would fix it in a week or two when they came out to install the air conditioning. Should have been a red flag right there but we decided to give them a chance. They told us this air conditioner would have a thermostat and turn off once it reached the desired temp. It doesn’t. We have tried to address this with them and have been told we will be contacted when they aren’t busy with other things. It’s been two weeks. I guess once you pay them they don’t care. Also they never fixed our air purifier. We had to.

Competitive pricing with fast and efficient service. We needed to replace our furnace a day before the Christmas holidays and they were able to get all the work done in half a day!

This contractor installed a humidifier on my 86 year old mother's furnace and didn't check if the overflow drain was working (it was clogged). The float valve in the new unit failed that evening and flooded half the basement. When they were asked to make an emergency visit to stop the leak dispatch said it would be 6 or 7 hrs before they would come as they had to finish other installations first. A different contractor was called in and he confirmed incorrect installation caused the leak.

This is the second time I have used Easton's. The response time was really quick when I called. Adam Easton came to assess the situation and offered me some repair options and also a few different purchase options. We made our decision and an installation was scheduled for a few days later, however, when a some installs went quicker than expected they called me the next morning and offered to install that afternoon. We were available so it worked out great. Kevin and his assistant, Cameron did the install and it was really well done. The guys didn't waste time chatting but were about their work the whole time, each doing his assigned job. They cleaned up after themselves and explained a few things before leaving. Many thanks to Adam, Shannon in the office and the install crew for a job well done. First class service, good product options, great installation, fair pricing, friendly service. What more can one ask? I recommend them.

Adam was very good when he came to professionally fix everything that was wrong with the erroneous attempt at installing an electric water heater their first tech made. I'll quote Adam "This is a basic electric water heater - it's not rocket science". The first guy couldn't even get the tank emptied, Adam easily emptied the tank, Adam didn't slam any doors or get frustrated while he worked like the first guy did. The first guy left rubber marks on my carpet from trying unsuccessfully to pivot a dolly with a water tank on it that was still full of water up the stairs. He said it weighed 500 pounds. Why would one person attempt to do that? Why are there still rubber marks on my carpet? Why didn't he put a runner down on the floor like the red one Adam put down when he pulled the empty tank up the stairs? When talking with Shannon on the phone (after hours of waiting for word from the company) she told us the water heater weighed 800 pounds, and it might have to sit in the basement for days until they could get four guys to help carry it out. She didn't care about the rubber marks when I brought them up. There was nothing close to accountability for, or even offer a thinly veiled apology to pacify us for the carpet, or for what a disaster the morning had been. We didn't know who to believe, or what to think until Adam got here. He stayed until everything was done and working properly. Very professional job with the wiring, and was a pleasure to deal with and speak to. Dealing with Shannon on the phone was a nightmare that I wouldn't wish on my worst enemy. A rude, gas lighting, right fighting, condescending, combative, deflecting, argumentative, unempathetic, unaccountable, representation of your business on the phone who refuses to listen to people. I feel very strongly that as the front line voice of a business she would benefit greatly from soft skills training, and coaching. I'm not convinced she even knows that soft skills in customer service actually exist, or what they are. Even statements like "Sorry for the mix-up" or "Sorry for any inconvenience" go a long long way to a customer's experience with the company you're representing on the phone Shannon. Good companies have their customer service employees soft skills brushed up on more than once a year as they realize that the experience their customer receives on the phone, through email communication, and in their home will determine the word of mouth the company will receive from satisfied, or dis-satisfied customers. Introducing and developing your employees to soft skills development, and on job practice will benefit your business in the long run. Although I would certainly recommend Adam to do work in someone's home. I could never, with a clear conscience, suggest someone deal with Shannon on the phone. I asked for an email address to email her pictures of how the first tech left the job site (unfinished) and the rubber marks that were left by their dolly on our carpet, and she even refused to provide me that - we're talking rudimentary customer service skills here folks, Shannon doesn't have them, and didn't display them on this day. I'll leave you with this quote from Joe Girard - the World's Greatest retail salesman: "When you turn away one, just one, with anger or a rude remark, you are running the risk of getting a bad name among at least 250 other people with money in their pockets who might want to give some of it to you. This is a business like attitude that you had better develop and keep in your head every working hour of every day. If you don’t then you could be wiped out by Girard’s Law of 250".

I was impressed with Adam and this company. They were incredibly responsive (system went down Thursday morning, everything replaced by Friday afternoon). They helped us troubleshoot, gave great advice and ultimately replaced our entire hvac system (a/c, furnace and even thermostat) after an electrical incident. Thank you!

All I can say they replaced the ac and furnace and it looked like art work. I've never seen such a nice job done before in my life. Even all the wiring at 90° bends. Like I said looks like artwork.

Thank you so much to Adam and his team! We called today at noon since the A/C wasn't working. Adam came a couple hours later to check things out. By 5:30pm, the team had left and we had a brand new, working A/C again. Sadly, the builder installed unit failed at the five year mark. Awesome response time and a great bunch of guys.

The transferral was poor is understatement! l had a service call and he came and got my furnace up and running but couldn't give a definition of the problem ! A week later l had further problems with my furnace left a message and I got no Response....was NOT impressed, will NOT use this contractor I need someone who is caring and reliable they are neither!

Booked a service call for my gas fireplace approximately a week in advance. The day of the appointment I received a call asking if I still wanted to keep my appointment. ?????? This was a bit confusing to me until the tech showed up, then everything was quite clear. A very unfriendly tech, (who actually claimed to be part owner) showed up with no cloths, rags or a shop vac to perform a service which requires these very things, quite perplexing. I provided him with the essential materials to do his job, such as paper towels and a shop vac. He did do a light cleaning of the fireplace and the glass but truly a very half hearted attempt. He left a small bit of mess for me to clean up later and provided no receipt upon my cash payment. The most unprofessional experience I've had at any business.

Had a new furnace and hot water tank installed. The previous hot water tank was a rental. Easton's was so helpful in providing helpful tips with dealing with the rental company to ensure so they would not continue billing me past the date of the return of the tank.

Your AC died and it killed our furnace .Called Adam ,and he came and gave a quote the same day I called., Explained everything to us so we knew what happened and what needed to be done. Then next day, came out first thing in the morning, installed our new furnace and a new AC. reasonable price, Definitely recommend!

We recently switched our heating source from oil to natural gas. My husband and I talked about it for years but never pulled the trigger until we were forced due to the need to upgrade and repair. Adam, from Brian Easton & Sons, came into our home and took the time we needed to go over all of our options and answer all of our questions. Aaron and Kevin were clean and considerate as they removed our old appliances and installed our new furnace and HWT. My fiance and I used Brian Easton & Sons at our old house to install a A/C and furnace we were always super happy so when we moved to our new house and it had a boiler system we knew we had to use the same company. We had major duct work done with a new furnace, & A/C and being 7 months pregnant in summer it was done quickly and efficiently. They were respectful, and always informed us on everything they were doing. We highly recommend using them for your next job !
