The Bice Builders Ltd used the tricky house purchase agreement I signed the agreement in 2016 to purchase house at Settlers Landing. The agreement has been terminated by the Builder in 2017 without proper written communication to offer to amend the agreement with regard to the all future dates including the closing date. Now the same lots and same house models are for sale for much higher price. Lack of respect to the buyers and no professional business practice. January 20 2018

We had been following Bice Builders web site for the last few years and knew this was the builder we wanted to build our bungalow when we retired. We picked the Mulberry as the bungalow for us. The layout was perfect for our needs. Any questions we had were always answered straight away using their Co-Construct app. We moved into our new home on time, on the given closing date. We would highly recommend Bice Builders for their integrity, quality and service.
