I have worked on many projects with 76 construction management. They are a great company to work with as they are extremley well organized and well run. They are a family owned company that is continually giving back and helping out in the community. I look forward to working with them in the future!

Isaac took money then totally destroyed my neighbour's property. He cut down trees that were to be protected. He did horrible work without the work being approved. The driveway he put in is well below grade and obviously not constructed properly as it's sunk and didn't hold up to regular vehicle use. Isaac then waited till the property owner was away to bring in another contractor who dug large holes on the property, drove heavy machinery over trees around the property then left without doing any actual work or ensuring the site was safe. When the property owner returned and contacted the contractor that dug up her property, Isaac challenged her accusing her of lying about the damages. Isaac removed his advertising sign he put up on the property when he was hired and took off with her money. Isaac took money from them and caused well over $100,000.00 in damages. Isaac simply disappeared leaving the property destroyed and his client out large amounts of money with significant damages! They are homeless now because of Isaac. He is a scammer. He is not registered with any governing body nor is he insured for the work he claims he has 25 years of experience doing. In such a small community it is horrible to see a con artist taking advantage of someone who hired him to build their dream home.

Highly recommend Isaac and his team to help you with your new build project or renovation. From the beginning of the project until completion Isaac is resourceful and highly knowledgeable or his work. Fantastic communication as Isaac always returns call/texts in a timely manner....(this is unfortunately not standard in the industry. Isaac will walk you through the design, budgeting and construction process to avoid surprises along the way, his eye for detail is a valued asset for any homeowner to allow your ideas to be constructed into reality. We consulted Isaac to help us complete two projects which we were very happy with the finished product and looking forward to doing many more with him in the future. Thank you Isaac!

We worked with 76 to renovate and put an addition on our home. They took our 'fixer upper farmhouse' and turned it into our dream home. From design and planning to the final touches, they worked within our budget and guided us through the whole process, offering insight and expertise and solutions to problems we never would have considered. Any time I had a concern or issue, they responded quickly and with confidence. What could have been a difficult and drawn out process was quite easy and not disruptive at all. I was never, for a moment, worried about leaving my home in their hands. I am so happy we chose 76 Construction and am SO HAPPY in my 'new' home!
