I recently had my double flue chimney rebuilt, by this company . They said they would come on September 1, and they arrived on that day. Peter and his crew proved to be very competent and safety minded. They took all precautions to protect my property and complete the job. All the crew were courteous and polite. I felt that the price for the job was fair, for the level of craftsmanship shown. I am very happy with the way the job was completed and it looks. I would recommend this company to any one who wants the job done right the first time.

Although the estimate for my chimney repair was not the lowest, the work was undoubtedly the best I could have hoped for. The entire team including Peter, Marilou, Bob and all the rest were pleasant, professional and very efficient. Rather than repair the old chimney they advised taking it right down to the roofline and starting from there to ensure a proper job, thereby explaining the higher quote. The end result? A work of art, literally. Could not be happier with the work and service and will be happy to recommend them to anyone in the future.

Peter and his crew completed a patio and did some repairs at my home earlier this summer. They were timely, efficient and cleaned up daily before they left. Peter gave me an estimate within a few days of my contacting him (am still waiting for 2 other firms I contacted to get back to me) was very reasonably priced and gave me an approximate date of doing the work He was prompt and kept me informed throughout the work of what he would be doing next and when. Peter and his company just completed work at our home over the past five days, covering fixing a retaining wall, replacing cracked bricks on our house, refurbishing an interlocking brick sidewalk, replacing a concrete patio at the back of the house and fixing a slab in our garage. When Peter quoted on removing and rebuilding my chimney, he explained what he was going to do and why. He was the only one who said he needed to brace my deck roof from underneath to ensure it could support the weight of the scaffolding, etc. I appreciated the attention to safety. He and the guys did quick work, even with the heat and humidity they suffered through during the job. They also did a great job cleaning up when the job was done, especially considering how messy removing a chimney is. I would not hesitate to call Stronghouse for any future work.
