We hired them for our driveway and a pathway down the side of our house after seeing great quality work they did for a couple of our neighbours. The work was completed and within. A few days we knew there was an issue - the colour of our step and side path is totally different than the driveway which has marks and lines left in it from poorly finishing the work. Months of excuses and lack of professionalism and we still have gotten nowhere other than one of their workers mentioning that there was a chance of a colour problem due to the use of multiple trucks - had any of this been mentioned during the quoting and initial inquiries we probably would have gone a different route. The sad part is the work they’ve done around our neighborhood looks fine except for ours. Not one offer to try to resolve the problem or even a simple apology - just excuses and attitude.

This company does not stand behind their work. Paid extra for black concrete and it dried grey. They claimed it was the concrete companies fault. After discussing with the concrete company we determined (with facts) it was the workmanship of PCI by adding to much water (washed out colour) and over working the surface. There is also several defects in the surface (small holes) that will eventually chip/break. They will not return phone calls or messages. So I can assume I have no warranty either with the lack of response. It will now cost us more money to fix. Save your money and go with a different company. They will say anything to get a sale but do not deliver quality work in the end.

This company has been horrible. We signed a contract with them with a promise from their sales person that our driveway would be in by end of May/beginning of June. It was delayed until end of July for unknown reasons. We also asked for a black driveway and got a grey driveway. The sales person wouldn't provide colour samples when we signed the contract, and assured us that the office would provide them when they called to schedule the work. They didn't, so we picked a basic colour- BLACK. When they arrived to pour, they added additional water to the concrete which seems to have diluted the colour and we now have a grey driveway. They admitted it wasn't the correct colour, but are now ignoring our calls. They've been paid in full and do not stand behind their work. Would not recommend their services- save yourself the issues and headaches.

Seen a sidewalk way that does not look right seen the home owner out side had a conversation with her and asked about it .She said it was just done she was not happy with the job I could clearly see why the concrete was 1 foot high it was not dug out like its supposed to be there was a little pee gravel underneath the concrete . When the homeowner asked about the job before the concrete was poured about the height of the pad and it not dug out they said its good nothing wrong with this .

John and his Team paid attention to great detail in doing our driveway, walkway, stairs and porch. They were always early on scheduled days and worked non stop until that day's planned work was completed to perfection. Kelly provided us with up to date status and activity. We are extremely happy with the final result. We highly recommend John and his Team at PCI for concrete work that you may need completed. The finished product was such a difference from the original asphalt that we had people stop to ask about the work. Got a quote November 2020 signed up for the work to be done i was told that i was number 5 on the list it should be done in May but because of covid i figured it would be a bit late i was okay with that no one called me so I called them and was told that he picks the Jobs and hopefully it will be done by the end of July so in August i asked for my deposit back they sent me the money and told me that they were sorry not a great way to do business so I waited all summer for nothing be careful with this company they tell lies
