I booked an estimate with this company scheduled for August 1st, 2019. They were late for their appointment, I had to call them to find out from their office staff that the estimator was running late as he was stuck in traffic. If she was already aware of this information- why wouldn’t she have the courtesy contact me? After meeting with the estimator, he advised he would try to get together an estimate for the following day, but if it wasn’t possible I would receive it on the Tuesday due to the holiday Monday, this was not an issue as the insurance company was closed during these hours anyways. I patiently waited for an email or call concerning the quote, I heard nothing. After a week from the promised day, I called to follow up on the estimate, left a voicemail and 48 hours later, still have not heard back. This is for an insurance job, along with potential additional work. Incredibly unprofessional and disappointing that they cannot keep their commitment for the estimate portion, how can I count on them to follow through with the job after they have money in hand?? .

We want paving done in our driveway and we called these guys to get a quote on concrete, Ryan came out right away and told us because we have a shared driveway (and the nieghbours driveway is already asphalt) that asphalt would be our best bet. So he called another company and got us a great quote! I would absolutely recommend Niagara Hardscaping Services, very professional and friendly!!!

Ryan and his entire team were amazing! I called in to get a quote and Ryan came out that evening, he was extremely professional and new exactly what I was wanting...made it an easy choice for me. They started the work a few days later and over the course of time they kept everything clean and safe for everyone....heck they even filled in the big holes my dog had dug for me! Talk about over and above customer service. Thanks to all, if your looking for outstanding quality and professionalism you found them!

Unfortunate we can't say we impressed . We had an appointment with their representative named Dave who not showed up to give us a quote on the work we wanted to get done. Unfortunate we are business owners as well , guess they have lost their business and someone else will shovel the $.

Would NOT recommend this company. Dave's son and a friend did the sealing of the concrete and it looks brutal. When it gets wet you can see all the spots where they missed. Plus the porch is still cracked after he fixed it. Dave said he would come back to fix it. He said he will do what ever it takes. He won't return any calls or answer any emails.
