I loved that they offered a design based on our input that helped us to visualize the completed project. We then worked collectively to make minor design modifications and select materials. Their professional knowledge and experience make the process much less traumatic and tedious than we anticipated. Along the way, they responded patiently to our calls for clarifications, modifications, and additions.

The entire Niagara Falls Handyman & House Remodeling team was talented, professional and courteous and treated my remodel as if it were their own home. Their designer was very knowledgeable and she helped me choose materials and fixtures that were right for my house and budget. The supervisor, promptly returned texts and phone calls even after hours. There was only one hiccup and he had it resolved the next day. He took care of extra details that were not required but added the finishing touch.

Niagara Falls Handyman & House Remodeling was great. They came out the same day to quote a earthquake retrofit. Then the guys started two days later and finished the same day. The quote was well under the previous quotes I was given. Even after some extra needed added things it was still way under the other quotes. They were courteous and mindful of the house and cleaned everything up and even swept the driveway and brought in my trash cans. I will definitely use them again.

We used this company for our bathroom remodel. Eddie was the contractor and the quality was poor and when we complained to this company they blocked our calls. If anyone would like to see pictures of their workmanship we would be happy to forward them to you. I do not recommend this company.
