In March of 2020, we had a 1600 sq ft high, dry, and empty basement that we wanted transformed into a family gathering space, complete with kitchen, bath, and 2 bedrooms. Brendan started out with a blank page, and since we already had our design plan, he literally brought our plans to life! From the flooring to the tile to the custom cabinetry, to the specific drywall finishes we wanted.... the Mitchell contracting team exceeded our expectations, which is pretty difficult, as we are particular. The work we had done was extensive, and Brendan obtained all of the permits needed. We even had a new oak staircase installed, and the style and stain was custom-matched to our hardwood floors on our main floor. All of the work completed was top notch, and materials used of excellent quality. The team was on time, clean, and communicate very well through each step. They said many times that they wanted us to be happy with the end product, and they actually meant it. We highly recommend Mitchell Contracting to everyone we know. You will not be disappointed.... if we could give them 10 stars, we would.

We hired Mitchell Home Reno’s to replace of our roof, siding, eaves, soffit, fascia, downspouts, install pot-lights in the soffits, and other small exterior improvements. Not only was the owner Brendan a pleasure to work with, but his whole crew was too. Their work was superb and the price was fair. They thoroughly cleaned up the job site daily, kept us informed as the job progressed. They were prompt, lived up to all commitments made, and even congratulated our daughter on her first day of school. Have recommended them to friends already and will continue to do so. We had Brendan and his team over to convert one of our existing windows to a sliding door. We cannot express how impressed we were of their work. The whole team was professional, courteous and efficient. You can really see they go the extra mile and give an exceptional level of quality with their work. From top to bottom they treated our home with the upmost respect and left the job site cleaner then it was before they arrived. Not only that, but with our pets and young daughter, they were very respectful of our family dynamic which speaks to the wonderful type of people they are. From the photos of Mitchell Contracting's work you can see they do large renovations and even though our job was a small one, they made us feel like it was the most important job on their plate which was really nice to feel! I would highly recommend them to do any work at your home as their level of quality, craftsmanship and care is an extreme rarity today!

Brendan and his crew renovated our bathroom and we couldn't be happier! Their prices are fair, quality of work is excellent and disruption was minimal. Each day they left, they cleaned up the worksite. We had planned to have a niche in the shower that ran the entire length of the bath, however, hidden plumbing and roof lines did not allow for that. Brendan came up with a solution that we hadn't thought of and we feel like the niche turned out much better than we expected. The tilework on the floor and in the shower was outstanding. If you are looking for professional workmanship at the best price, call them.
