Jesse and his crew are amazing. They are professional, know what they are doing, are reasonable at pricing and are always appreciative over the little things that you do for them ( eg having water or coffee for them at the site) They created an awning on the front porch of the house complete with skylights. It looks spectacular and we have already had rain and there was no leaks what so ever. Jesse even went out of his way and gave us a call to make sure that there was no leaks. I would suggest them any day of the week.

Honestly, I cannot praise this company enough - when you call them they respond, when they say that they will show up - they do. We have used them twice now since moving to Niagara Falls 4 years ago. We recently had Jesse and his crew re-do our roof. It all started with the estimate visit and Jesse explaining what would be done, what type of shingles were available , cost and dates for the job to be completed. What a great job they did on our roof, fantastic pricing and no extra costs. Great crew as they were very thorough with the work and a very thorough cleanup. He even helped fixed my eavestrough when I didn't even know it was slanting the wrong way. My neighbour's Dad is a roofer and he gave us a quote so I was gonna have him do ours BUT When I ask for a work order he wasn't happy because the quote he give my husband was on Cash UTT. He told me that He was giving me a Good Deal because He thought it will be UTT ( Under The Table) deal, now I am asking for work order and want Receipts. I didn't want to screw up anyone with a deal so I was looking at 2 Companies to call. I call McPherson Roofing and Jesse returned my call right away. Jesse's Quote was less than what my neighbour would have quoted me had he known I needed receipts. Jesse even advice me that it is always best to have at least 3 Quotes but I didn't call the rest because when I meet Jesse it just feels right my heart wasn't heavy so I signed the Contract on the Spot. I highly Recommend this company it is very rare these days to have honest people who build their business with Integrity. We are so impressed with the care the guys from Mcpherson Roofing took with the roof on our 71 year old house, slowly and carefully removing all the old shingles, not just shoveling them off willy-nilly like we've seen so many times before. On Day 1 they did half of the front of our house and the entire detached single car garage (tear-down and new shingle installation). Amazing considering the care the guys took removing the old shingles, and the fact that they hand-nailed every new shingle. Atta boys!!! On Day 2 the guys completed the other half of the front of our house, and the main section of the back of the house. We appreciated the fact that the owner Jesse is insistent about safety first. The guys each wear a harness and are always tied off when they're working high up. They keep the work area clean, and follow all the other safety rules. On the third day it was raining so the guys did not work. We knew in advance that if it was raining it would not be safe to work, but even so the owner contacted us that morning to make sure we were not waiting for them to show up. The following day was dry and the guys were able to complete the work. They did an amazing job and we could not be more pleased with our choice of roofing contractors. The owner and his crew were courteous, professional and super nice. Thanks Jesse ... great work guys!

We received about 6 quotes from various roofing companies in the area. While pricing varied across the board we knew we wanted to go with someone that we felt was honest, upfront and would stand behind their work, upon meeting Jesse he immediately stood out from the rest. He came to give a quote and also discussed some specifics regarding our roof that helped us to better understand our home. We even asked about several up-sell items that are popular these days that he easily could have claimed would add value for our home but he didn't. Instead, he explained each item and how it would or wouldn't benefit us based on our specific style of home and the way it was constructed. During install day everything went as expected, Jesse and his team arrived on time, setup and did their thing. Throughout the two days at our home Jesse was great at communicating progress, showing me things about the roof he found that ultimately took time away from his day to talk with me, but gave me more knowledge of how to better care for our home going forward. His team was extremely friendly and professional, at the end of the job they were diligent about picking up even the smallest bits of old shingle, magnetic raking for nails and ultimately left our property cleaner than when they arrived. Overall, we are extremely pleased with the work done by McPherson Roofing and can't recommend them enough!

I contacted Jesse as I needed an expert to assess the condition of a property's roof that I wanted to purchase. As it would be my first time purchasing a home, I wanted to make sure there were no surprise repairs/renovations once I take possession of the property. He is incredibly responsive and was able to inspect the home within two days of my phone call. He also called me right after inspecting the roof and gave his thorough assessment on its condition. His opinion was that the roof didn't need to be repaired and was in good condition - he did not charge anything for coming out and inspecting the roof, and was very forthcoming with what he found knowing that it wouldn't result in an immediate contract. He's honest, has amazing customer service and very knowledgeable -- I would definitely hire him to do my roof once it does need repairs. Thank you Jesse!
