From getting the estimate to the completion of our roof JPG Roofing and Construction delivered excellence! Their salesman Mark took the time to explain everything when he gave me the estimate so I understood the price breakdown, the products they were using, the warranty and the installation process. The price was great and the installation went smoothly with the owner J.P. on site. We love our new roof and are glad we went with JPG Roofing and Construction!........I would highly recommend them!!!

JPG roofing and construction should honestly be your only consideration when it comes to roofing. Jean Phillip the owner is a very honest and hard working man and his team that goes along with him are very hard working also and extremely precise. After getting a lot of quotes and comparing them the quality of their materials are much more superior than other companies. They did a fantastic job and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone, we have already referred JPG to a several people that are now going with them for their roofing. I can see this company growing really fast and being the largest company for the Niagara region. Thanks for a fantastic job, we are glad we chose you.

Don't waste your time, they will only waste yours! They changed appointment times then didn't even show up when I stayed home to meet. Someone was supposed meet around 1, I saw a truck drive by then leave. I called at end of day (after 6) asking why no one has come to see me or call me and I waited all day? he said because my roof had multiple shingle layers it would take months before they could get to it?? So I waited all day and he did a quick drive by and never even called me back or meet me at house. Horrible business.

I enthusiastically recommend JPG Construction for roofing to anyone that asks. Pros: Competitive price savings, 1-day job, safe and tidy job site. Cons: Scuffed siding here and there (minor), satellite dish 'removal' (minor because addressed by owner) In Feb 2018 I asked JPG Construction to estimate the cost of re-roofing my house. Jean Phillip (JP) came over the same day, on time, and made a great impression for JPG Construction. Jean Phillip is not impatient or aggressive. He listens to questions and answers them thoughtfully. He made helpful suggestions. Of course, I agreed to his estimate. :) April 10 2018 Jean Phillip was on site to greet me and to see the job started. The shingle delivery was right on time. Jean Phillips' brother was lead man of the crew. The crew came to work exactly on time and started the job with energy and enthusiasm. My roof was covered with workers by 8:10. The crew was mindful of safety for themselves, my family and mindful of our pets. The job was finished in 8 hours as JP said it would be. The yard was clean. There are some minor scuffs in the siding, I think you cannot them see from the street. A satellite dish was thrown out in error, I only asked to have it removed. Jean Phillip is taking care of that for me. My experience was very positive and I will have more work for this company in the future. Do yourself a favor and hire this company before they are too busy! Thank you JPG for a great job!

Very upsetting exchange with a crew, owner I’m not sure which is why I didn’t call to complain. I am a neighbour who had the misfortune of waking at 7:30 am to shingles blowing and falling beside my car that was purchased in February in my driveway. Having a chronic illness most mornings is just the beginning of sleep after a long painful night. Alarmed at seeing this situation I yelled to the crew, “are the shingles are going to hit my car?” the response was, “can you move it” in the most derogatory fashion, no please, no sorry, no oops, no forethought at anything going on in my life. It was a very very bad time for me at that time. Parking in your driveway is a safe place we think. Anybody would have panicked seeing shingles falling by their new car. Barely processing this entire situation, as it feels like I’m walking on glass from the neurological illness, I turned around to go fetch my keys when I hear “ARE YOU GOING TO ANSWER ME, SOME PEOPLE ARE SO RUDE” yes that’s what was said to me from the rooftop. Immediately sick to my stomach from my illness and now stress from a situation that was handled so poorly, I proceeded to move my car and disengage from speaking with this aggressive person. I took a picture of the logo on the truck still unsure of what to do. “WHY ARE YOU TAKING THAT PICTURE”, no answer, “I TELL YA SOME PEOPLE ARE JUST SO RUDE”, shouted from a rooftop. Again I remained silent. The roof is literally 3 feet from my driveway perhaps notifying the affected neighbours the night before so the driveway was clear would have been the proactive thing to do but we can’t go back in time. Managing for some years prior to my disease we had Workplace Inspection Checklists where you assess an environment for potential hazards. Perhaps it’s something your organization could implement, due diligence. Parking in your own driveway should be free from assault save and except Mother Nature’s turmoil. That experience was awful. The roof looks great too tobad the experience wasnt good for everyone.

I called this company on Saturday, the day after the wind storm of May 4th. Left a voice message. Called again on Monday and was told he would w out that day. Called again at 3:30 and the man informed me he was busy due to the storm. I get that, so we rescheduled for Wednesday evening. No call no show, left a voice message at 7:30pm, it’s now Thursday at 6:10 and I’ve still never heard back from JPG. Job completed by another company.

I was looking for an established roofer & not some pop-up. I wanted a company that stands behind their job. So I found out that JPG is run by 2 brothers that took over the family business from their father. I was hoping to get my roof done in the spring but because of the pandemic & everything getting shutdown...I was on JPG's waiting list. When I got notified that I was next in line, I was informed that the materials would get delivered the day before & the crew would show up the next day. True to word, the crew showed up early & began work in a timely matter. This was not an easy job by any means. With the attic, & steep roof line, the crew were working on a 3 story house with very little space on one side between houses. Plus they were also replacing the roof on the garage as well. I was pleasantly pleased that a large crew had showed up. The workers were efficient & did a beautiful job. They were able to do both house & garage in one day...in fact they were done by 7:30 pm & had the whole area cleaned up very well. I highly recommend JPG Roofing for their professionalism, expertise, efficiency & competitive pricing along with a great warranty. Even my neighbor was impressed by them & he's normally a tougher critic than I'am.

Thought I would say a few things regarding this roofing company. You can bet they care nothing about the environment as they insist on littering signs on every bulavard and or street lights , trees what have you . If this is any indication on the professionalism of this company I would not recommend them to anyone. Good day.

Watching the crew across the street working without harnesses or safety lines. Told my neighbour about it and he asked them to put on their gear. Foreman said he knows when it's safe to not use safety gear and acknowledged his crew was working in contravention to the working at heights regulations. Finally after asking him if he wanted to explain that to the ministry of labour he said his crew would put on the gear to make us happy. They are now working without being clipped onto their safety lines. No respect for a company that doesn't care about health and safety regulations.

I would without a doubt recommend JPG Roofing to anyone looking to get their roof done. My roof looks fantastic! The price couldn’t be beat and their professionalism spoke volume. They had the old roof torn down and the new one laid in a days work, and the crew had the upmost respect for not just my property but the neighbors property too. All around, it was excellent service.

I just wanted to get my roof fixed up and finished before a thunderstorm, and all they did was spend a day ripping half of the shingles off my roof. THEN, they tarp off my roof and tell me they will be back the next day to finish the job (when they insisted it would be finished the same day) and I didn’t hear from them for 3 days. In the beginning I thought everything was going well, I even brought the workers out some cold water, but the supervisor ( I think his name was jay or junior?) was being verbally abusive to his workers. I couldn’t believe the way he was speaking to one of the new guys. He looked like a young lad, probably his first job, and he was terrified of his own supervisor. By the end of this terrible experience I had to hire another company because my roof was unfinished , my yard had a bunch of shingles and there were nails on my lawn. I would never hire this company again the Owner was so rude when he was texting me he wouldn’t even answer my calls. I absolutely do not recommend this company. My son ended up finding another company for me called Precision Roofing and I’m so thankful my roof is finally finished. Don’t waste your time.

I chose this roofing company along with 2 of my neighbours after watching them work on our street. Yes! I got several quotes from other companies and found that JPG was very competitive so chose them. One big plus is that the owner is on site and is involved in the whole job. The crew came on time and tackled the job as a well oiled operation. They finished mine essentially in a day except for final details which were obviously more efficient to do at the end of the job. I am so impressed by their attention to detail, by their pleasant attitudes (the whole crew) and by the way that they constantly went round cleaning up after them. A jolly bunch who work well as a team and who just don't stop until job is done. After watching some of our neighbours use other (cheaper) roofing companies and who are still picking up nails and debris months later...... I am super happy with JPG. Very easy to give a 5 star rating. Happy to recommend them to anyone. Thanks JPG for an excellent job!

Jpg roofing provided us with a new roof, soffits and eavestroughs. I am so happy with the entire experience. I started talking to roofers and getting quotes in fall of 2017 and I was frustrated with the entire process. I received a wide range of quotes and each roofer had something terrible to say about the other or the other’s product. JP was great to deal with. He explained the quote and his product with knowledge and confidence and he did this without bad talking other companies. Winter came early and JP honoured the quote he provided to us and the roof was completed in early spring 2018. The crew completed the job within a few days and they were all nice and professional. We had a minor issue after the job was completed and JP fixed the issue right away. Our home has been transformed and the look is exactly what he had hoped for. I would recommend jpg roofing to anyone looking for a new roof.

Got referred by a friend. Talked to the owner and he was over quickly to assess the roof and give me a quote in a timely fashion. Roof was completely redone in a day at a great price. The workers were courteous and did a great job of cleaning up after. Roof looks great. Thanks guys!
