Recommended. Very friendly and professional workers, especially the eves and siding guys. They were on time and worked with me on a couple of little special requests on how the job was to be done. Not a lot of communication from the sales manager in the office. Thus the 1 star deduction. I had to call them a number of times to get updates as to when the work was to be done. (It was done by two separate crews, about three weeks apart.) Once everything was scheduled, the job went perfect and I couldn't be happier. I would recommend them and have them do work for me again.

Our compliments to Hamblet’s Team for the excellent workmanship that was completed during our summer renovation project of 2018. Removal and installation of new roofing shingles; removal of old siding, insulated our home then installed new siding. Our windows were recapped and nicely framed. Our home had a complete face lift and looks amazing! Both crews were professional and very knowledgeable, most importantly they were very particular in their workmanship and clean up. So nice to have such pleasant people to deal with. We had a renovation project on our front porch requiring some aluminum capping and new soffits. A couple of hidden issues during the project forced me to delay the job with Hamblet's a few times, but when we finally had a firm date, so great to get re-scheduled with no issues, have the installers show up when expected and have the job competed including great cleanup after their work!

Respectful and professional are the words I would use to describe the service and care from start to finish. From the original visit from the Sales Rep, Ken, the assurance by Rick when we called to check on when the work would take place (understandably Covid 19 pushed everything back ) Rose in the office and finally the excellent work done by Ryan and Jake. Our 100 year old house probably gave them some grief but they just got down to it and did a professional, clean and speedy job. It updates the house and the eaves worked so well during the rainstorm over the weekend. Such a change from the dripping and broken ones we had. I would highly recommend the services of Hamblet's. Terrific Company, with some of the most honest, godliest and most professional people I've ever dealt with in my entire life - quite literally. As the God of the Bible be with my witness, the fine folks at the office were up front about the charges and everything else that was going to take place to repair the shingles that had come off a section of my roof due to wind damage and all elements took place in the fashion they had told me. Not only it was a breeze, but also a pleasure to hire Hamblet and see them in action. BTW I had seen them to work on my neighbours houses; I also knew their review, WSIB, Insurance, etc, were on the up & up Experience has proved me that such contractors are very hard to find, so I did stuck their biz card on my fridge. *May the Triune God Bless this company and the men and women who work for it. I made an appointment for a quote to repair our leaky attic but no one came. I called to check and was told someone would be by between 9 am and 10 am but no one ever showed up or called. I've heard good things about this company but can't speak to their workmanship when they don't show up for the appointment.

This company is absolutely FABULOUS!!! The recent wind storm blew off a few of our roof caps. We called Hamblet's and they came the same day. He didn't have the caps with him so he went and got some, came back, and replaced them. Because they did our roof about 15 years ago the cost of the shingles was covered and we only paid for the labour to put them on. Very fast, Courteous service. We highly recommend Hamblet's.

Nothing but good things to say from start to finish. Salesman was easy to deal with, fast quote, fast replies to all my questions. Office responded with a booking date, I didn't have to wait more than a few days. Crew showed up bright and early, stripped the old shingles in a matter of hours. In fact, it seemed like they enjoyed being up there in the 35 C + temperature, laughing and chatting the entire time. Start to finish, I had a new roof in about 6 hours . I looked around the yard and it was although they had never been there, extremely clean. Highly recommended. Thanks Hamblet's!

We just got new windows, doors, siding, soffits from Hamblets and we are extremely happy with the work they did. The house looks brand new! They are efficient and organized and the huge project went extremely well. They did quality work and every member of the team that we came in contact with was extremely friendly and helpful. A special shout out to Ryan and his work partner. They do quality work and an amazing job cleaning up each day when they left. Ryan is an excellent representative of the company, and was great to deal with each day. I was a bit worried having such a big project happen all at once but it went perfectly. Very unhappy with customer service Balcony repaired back in February of this year, initially very happy with the repair as there was leaking and pooling that needed to be addressed, the price we paid was high, $3200 cash, but as long as it was repaired we were ok with paying that. After about a week we had some snow and it started melting and dripping from the balcony causing a dangerous ice patch, Hamblet’s came the next day to repair. Fast forward to the spring (rain) and we noticed that water was pooling in the exact spot that was supposedly fixed. We reached out to Hamblet’s numerous times via text, email and phone and had no response for over a month. Once we finally got a hold of someone they were a no show two times to come and look at the issue. We finally had a couple of the workers show up to assess the problem, we were told they were taking pictures and were going to speak with the owner. It has now been another 3 weeks of us emailing them and being ignored. This is completely unacceptable workmanship and customer service, we paid in full and obviously it was an incomplete job. Still waiting to hear back from Hamblet’s ………

Our Christmas Miracle Hamlet Roofing is Exceptional! We started Building our new home in November. When the time came for the shingling of the roof, it was just before the Christmas break. It had rained and snowed for two weeks prior and we were extremely stressed about the water damage to the beautiful work already done on the house. The shingling of the roof was not scheduled until the New Year. While we were meeting with our Builder, John Hamblet himself appeared with a choice of roof shingles in hand, and actually started and completed the entire job with his remarkable team over the Christmas/New Years week. Always get addtional quotes very expensive company and they get mad when u dont go with there ridiculous quote. Quoted $25000.00 more than any company. There roofers but want to charge like there engineers. Stay away from Hamblets and save ur money.

Was time for a new roof, Hamblet's was one of the higher quotes I received but figured you get what you pay for! They are an established company with many positive reviews so this was reassuring. After the job was done I went up on the roof and noticed a few issues, the issues where dealt with. But I am left with a feeling that I could have done a better job myself. I know these roofers just race to get the job done, I mean who wants to cook up on a roof when its 30*'s out. I don't, hence why I paid them $8000 to do it for me. Most people would just glance up and be satisfied, perhaps I should have done that myself rather them get up and inspect it. I would not recommend them to friends or family based on the final job and price.

I had several quotations for the roof replacement on my cottage and I am a very picky customer ... I had several custom requests that other companies seemed to have a problem with, John was exceptionally understanding of my custom needs and had a quotation prepared very quickly with all work included. I was also on a time constraint and John exceeded my expectations of how quickly he could get the work completed. The crews took the required time to make sure everything was done correctly with no cutting of corners. I'm very pleased with the final result.

I have never written a review, but first time for everything.. My roof was leaking due to improper installation of solar panels. They (solar company) received 3 quotes and decided on the lowest..they gave a so called roofing company from CRYSTAL BEACH nearly 5 grand for a deposit and he never showed up. Be careful out there... This time I insisted that Hamblets roofing be included in the quotation process..the reason I wanted them involved was I have heard from people that actually used their services and were very pleased. Hamblets got the job and were very professional in all aspects. They showed up on time, used top quality materials, and their crew was well trained and actually finished job ahead of schedule I am very pleased and want to thank Sean Temple of Hamblets and all his crew for a job well done. I understand that Hamblets also does siding and windows, so in the future I will not hesitate to call them first. Hamblets is a well established company in the Niagara Region and have a excellent reputation....after personally dealing with them I can attest to that.
