I have had the pleasure to get to know Domenic and his team after a few other family members and I booked a few pre-construction units last year. On top of the great quality of their work, they are easy to work with and flexible. Additionally, as someone who is fairly new to real estate investments, I appreciate that the head of the team, Domenic, is willing to make time to speak with prospective and current investors and is responsive to questions. I would certainly recommend Centennial to anyone looking to build their next home in Niagara!

I was hired last year to secure one of his facilities in Welland Ontario my security company tried my best we put in 1050% but no security company is perfect we had glitches starting out and just recently we both decided it was time to go our separate ways. Very disrespectful staff with no value in customer service. Recently bought a lot and tried to reach out to Cassandra, who talks down to you in her emails. Communication skills from her lack any empathy or value. During these unprecedented times, a company should be accessible via phone if not in person. Have attempted to reach out with no response and being left in the dark. I hope the quality of work for the construction of property will justify me working with this company, but from a customer service perspective this has been a dreadful experience

If you like dealing with a douche look no further. Get EVERYTHING in writing and be sure to check parts numbers on invoices vs actual items cause things magically change from what was ordered to what they get you to sign off on. Expect some long delays as well due to lack of sub contractors who refuse to work for them anymore. I have yet to talk a single one that worked on my house that had anything positive to say about this company and all had the same horror stories about getting paid for their work which is ironic considering I was forced to put up over 75% of the total cost of my house before they even broke ground. In the end; at least I got my house but I have feeling there will be a few families that aren't so lucky down the road.

Centennial is conducting the site work on my 54 suite townhome site and they our doing a great job! The workers on site are knowledgeable, punctual and keep the site clean. The head office, specifically Joe Candeloro, is great to work with and extremely responsive. They provide great value to any size project; they come highly recommended.
