I highly recommend Frank and his crew at Arrowhead Concrete! They did a concrete drive for my elderly mother. After calling several others just for a quote and finding all very busy ( Frank included ), Frank was able to pop over to look and submit his quote quickly. The stars aligned and He and the crew were able to sneak the job in and we could not be happier. The crew were so nice and polite and very kind to my mother. They worked together wonderfully and the job was done in no time. Again...I cannot say enough kind words about Frank and his crew! I personally thank them for helping out my mother when it was needed!

We can’t say enough about Frank’s team at Arrowhead Concrete. Before we selected a company we got four other quotes. We met all the different company reps and we immediately knew Arrowhead was the company we would pick. Frank was dependable, reliable, honest and genuine. His crew are of the upmost professionalism. Other quotes came in with 4 1/2 inches of concrete. Arrowhead was extremely generous with the amount of concrete they poured. Their work was superb, and they pay attention to details. Also, my neighbour all commented on how good this company work is and only had compliments - they also were very respectful of my neighbour property while working on our driveway. Frank Matthews and his team of highly skilled workers recently completed an exposed aggregate driveway and patio for us in Fonthill. Not only does it look fantastic, the whole process was done with "customer satisfaction" in mind. The went out of their way to give us exactly what we wanted, cleaned up after themselves, and worked together as a team. They take pride in their work. It is obvious that Arrowhead Concrete is the best in the Niagara Region, and offer fair and competitive pricing.

We were put in a bad spot by a different concrete company and had called Frank to come take a look at what needed to be done. He found a way to fit us into their schedule and we are so thankful he did. Within 24 hours of Frank taking a look at the old patio, his team was on site prepping for the job. These people are doing work next door and are not taking in consideration for the neighbours. I just watched and wished I could have gotten it on video, the guy blowing leaves out of their job site right on to my front lawn. When they showed up on day one they almost hit my car which is less then three months old. Same guy almost hit a car driving down the street. They keep blocking my drive way. Not once have they asked to do so. My husband couldn’t pull in one day until I yelled at them to move. If you run a business and you might put the neighbours issues, go and ask them or let them know.

Fantastic to deal with. Arrowhead to the rescue. Frank and his crew stepped in when another contractor let us down! Their process was thoroughly communicated and performed expertly. Crew showed up on schedule and did a great job in excavation, forming , concrete stamping of new walk ways , new concrete pad for garage, cleanup and sealing. The result is beautiful concrete work that we will enjoy for years! These guys really know what they are doing. I would highly recommend this company if you want the job done right. They support each other and you could tell. Brian went over and beyond his job to fix my broken Garage door which would not open. They worked together like ants building their nest. I have been getting compliments on my aggregate driveway even before it was finished. People were saying how fast and efficient they are. This company is not just "YES MAN" "Money Grabbing Culprits" they know their skills very well and will steer you in the right direction so the finish product reflects on them and truly shows who they are. I'm so blown away along with the neighbours at the finish product and how proud they are as well of themselves for doing such a good job. I give 10 stars. I highly recommend. Money well spent!! They were prompt, hardworking, polite, and made it a point to do a complete clean up after the job was done. The pool area and walkways were done in exposed aggregate and stamped concrete. Edit: this was 8 years ago. We have not been in this house that long. Frank was notified and nothing could be done at that point. The cracks and the glue/stains on the stairs could not be repaired. Hired Frank and team to replace the concrete around my pool several years ago. We were very surprised they did not use rebar.. They said they rarely use it. We had cracks in our coping within 24 hrs. They attempted to fix it, just made it look worse. The employees walked all over our new stairs and scuffed them and stained them. This was all brought to Frank's attention. The stamp is pretty much 100% gone even though we were sealing it as required. The color looks awful, the stamp is gone and the cracks are everywhere. This was not a small job. We paid over$14,000.i would not recommend this company.

We ended up hiring Frank as we felt most comfortable with his upfront approach on how the job would be executed. He left no questions unanswered and was very clear throughout the process.
