PHW Homes operated by Paul and Kenny constructed two houses for us in Vancouver and we were very pleased with the results. They guided us through each stage of the process and they were efficient, friendly and professional at each stage. The houses turned out to be of a high quality with up-market finishes for a reasonable cost. We finished them on budget and sold them for a profit. We are also grateful that Paul and Kenny followed up with our house buyers and made sure their needs were met even after we sold the houses.

As a licensed home Inspector I have inspected numerous new homes and unfortunately the results are not what you would expect. This is not the case with PHW Homes. After inspecting several of there new homes I was very impressed with the quality of construction and their detailed finishing . I have also referred PHW Homes, to a friend and client of mind, to build a laneway home for them. During and after construction I visited the project. Again the quality was exceptional and Kenny was very approachable and friendly/helpful not only to me but the client that I had referred him to also.They loved the PHW experience!! We are incredibly lucky and thankful for Kenny and his team. They are so incredibly professional and produces quality work. There are times where Kenny would suggest other options because the initial option wasn't up to quality standards...and btw, his suggested option is actually at lower price!! Even though our job is considered smaller compared to his other projects, he always had great follow up and always treated us with importance and respect. I'm very picky, detailed oriented, and selective...thankfully Kenny has been able to accommodate me. Along with his cheerful and humorous personality, he made us feel at ease all the time. Plus Kenny has excellent tastes and gave us guidance on selecting the right material to create the entire look. If I could give 6 stars, I would. I highly, highly recommend PHW Homes.

I worked closely with Kenny and PHW Homes for the new website. I had many field trips to the homes under construction and also completed. I found the quality of work to be of extremely high standards. The best part though is working with Kenny and Paul, great fun and super nice people. Kenny and Paul have done an amazing job on the construction of our dream home. They walked us through the process and took the time to really make sure we were comfortable before we signed our contract. They were not pushy and and took the time to educate us about the process and it has turned out amazing! The two of them are on site all the time and will work with you to ensure that the work quality meets your expectations. Many speak of the frustrations with builders, but that is not the case with PHW Homes. They are easy to get along with, communicate effectively and are extremely reliable. These compliments extend to the trades people as well. They have developed strong relationships and it shows in how the trades communicate with you and PHW homes. Thanks to Kenny, Paul and Puna our home was built on schedule and we couldn't be happier with how things have turned out. We highly recommend them and would love to do this again!

I wouldn't trust half these reviews. From first hand experience, use them if you want 2+ years of construction time, your requests ignored or forgotten, and constant broken promises. Many recent clients still waiting to move in due to "covid delays" but the resources were not there before covid to meet promised timelines.

As an owner of a custom cabinet shop and long time trades person I have worked with many general contractors and developers over the years. I found the team at PHW Homes to incredibly professional and a pleasure to work with.
