I was referred to K2 roofing from a patient of mine when my office needed some roof repairs. Their estimates were more preferable than other companies I had come out. They arrived on time, were diligent and friendly and were accommodating to our patients needs so we were able to continue working while the repairs were being done. The work was completed in a timely manner and the total cost was almost $3000 less than my estimate which was a huge savings. They are honest and hard working and I wouldn't hesitate to refer them to anyone.

We discovered a leak in my parents house mid-afternoon during a very heavy rainstorm. K2 had re-roofed the house a few months ago. We called and they sent someone within a couple hours to cover up the leak and had a team there the next morning to complete the repair properly. It turns out the problem was racoons... which are apparently increasingly a problem in the area. Appreciated the quick response and repair.

Honestly, seemed to good to be true. Having sent over final payment on July 23, 2019. I can say that we are currently very satisfied with the process, install quality, and the cost of "little extras" that came up along the way. TLDR: Five out of five stars.

I knew I needed part of my roof replaced due to leaks. I had called other roofing contractors and obtained quotes for the job. Whether it was the price of the job, the timeline involved to do the job, or the materials to be used on the job, something just wasn't right. Feeling hopelessly frustrated a friend suggested I call Kelly at K2 Roofing, so I did. Kelly came out and looked at the roof the very next day. He went over my roofing options and explained everything to my satisfaction. I was delightfully surprised with the competitive price of his quote as well as how quickly he was able to get a crew together for my job. The job was completed in only two days and the workers did a great job with cleaning up the debris. The job was completed on time and on budget, I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Kelly and his crew from K2 Roofing Ltd. for your roofing needs. I know I will be using their services again.

The contract we signed prior to the work was the price we paid when the work was completed. Kelly was responsive to phone calls and questions. The work was completed quickly and efficiently. He may run late some times when he says he's coming by but the job gets done. Our roof really looks good.

I have used K- Roofing for two houses over the last few years as well as a warehouse. My first house was a complete strip off of a cedar roof. They then had to install plywood and a high end asphalt shingle. They did a great job on this house and came in on budget. There were no hidden or added charges. I then called them again when I was building a new home. I had many companies bidding on this job because the builder had his own roofers which he wanted to use. K- wasn't the lowest bid but was very close. Once I compared the bids, K2's was more complete and covered everything, where as some of the low bids were not as complete. Once they were finished, both my builder and I were very happy. A couple of years later we needed a new roof on a 18,000Sq. ft. warehouse in Burnaby . I didn't realize that K2 did flat roofs as well as shingle, so I got Kelly to do me up a quote. They came in around the same price a s the competition that you hear on the radio all day but the big difference was the quality of K2's workers. The big guys in town have brought in workers through their church from the Philippians to work for them, whereas Kelly has all local people that have been trained as roofers (not accountants) and have all their documents to show for it. I don't like sending our jobs offshore like Telus and some of the other big corporations, and I really don't like them bringing in foreign workers to take our other jobs here, but that's another story. K2 did my the warehouse as a strip off and torch on. They removed the old roof rather than just go over like the others wanted to do. Glad they did because the found some rot in the rafters and had them replaced. Again, no hidden costs and the job was done to my satisfaction as well as the other owner. The place was cleaned up so you couldn't even tell we had the work done. The owners of the building next to this one has now asked K2 to quote their big job because he can see the quality and the cost of the roof we had installed. There is way more to consider when having a roof put on your house. Price is one, but anybody can put on a cheap roof, but can they install a quality roof? There are so many low quality roofers out there, so do your homework when deciding I would use K2 again if I ever needed a new roof or even repairs.

My roof shingle replacement was done 4 months by K2 Roofing -Kelly. He was very good in explaining the different roofing systems and their options, what to expect and their warranty programs. After 4 quotes and reference check, I went with the best value from all proposals, K2 Roofing and they did a fine job. The workers followed all safety/fall protection regulations. They also metal flashed the facial boards on the front and sides which look great. Like all construction work, it did take a few days longer than expected which is no big deal. All in all, I would higher recommend this professional company.

Good job with a good and competitive price. But after a year it started leaking from chimney. They came to fix after long discussion at the phone but not much improvement. My carpet still gets messy from the leaking from chimney every time after a heavy rain!

It was just by chance that I met Kelly from K2 roofing, but it was my good fortune. My roof had just started a small leak and my search for a roofer had just begun. I got quotes from three different companies in including K2. They all presented well, but I felt the most comfortable with Kelly. He seemed honest very thorough in giving us our options. It didn't hurt that he happened to offer the lowest price as well! We picked a date to have the work done, but my wife was nervous about the leak. Even though he was busy, Kelly pulled out all the stops to get the job done quickly. His crew was professional and efficient. At the end of the job they cleaned up the area really well.
