I visited a few flooring stores to search for the perfect vinyl plank floor. I encountered Nigel here who was helpful and fair with the quote. There was a 3 month delay between the first and second phase of install and Nigel was very patient and communicative throughout. One of the installers they sent, Alex, was professional and meticulous. I'm very happy with the results and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

I cannot say enough great things about our experience using Floors Modern. We were in need of replacing all the carpeting on the top floor of our house and fortunately for us, our painter/contractor referred us to Floors Modern. From the beginning to the end, the entire process was handled professionally and smoothly. Our sales rep Nigel, who was an absolutely wonderful man and a pleasure to speak to, came over in person to do a full inspection and presented us with different options. Since the house belonged to my mother who is as senior, budget was one of the main concerns for us. Nigel was fantastic. He knew our concerns and was able to present us with a terrific option for carpeting that not only met our needs but also and our budget. The installation process was equally smooth and professional. 3 installers came over to do the work. They were all very nice, polite and respectful young men. Alejandro was the lead installer, and I will say he was without a doubt one of the nicest tradesperson I have had the pleasure of meeting. I just had to take him upstairs to show him the rooms and they took care of everything else. They moved all the big furniture themselves and ripped out all the old carpet in no time at all. They were able to complete the carpet installation of 4 bedrooms (including the master and hallway) in 1 full day. Before they left everything was vacuumed and cleaned. It was truly a pleasure working with Floors Modern. This is a terrific company with expectational staff who truly take care of their customers. They are offer professional work and outstanding customer service. If you are looking to have some flooring work done or in need of new carpets, please do yourself a favour and hire Floors Modern. You will be very happy you did.

John redefined the meaning of “Customer Service” for us. Had them do my flooring - both restoration and kitchen renovation in my apartment. Very professional and friendly! Took the time to ensure that I made the right decision for my flooring based on my preferences and likes. Very very efficient was in and out within 2-3 weeks and very accomodating when I had an unexpected and unpleasant surprise of needing to do some plumbing work on the day the flooring was supposed to go down. They rescheduled it right away and always followed up to ensure that they meet my expectations. Well the exceeded it for sure! Would use them again and definitely recommend to all!
