best prices in the Fredericton area. 10 years ago I selected 10 hardware store items like nails, screws, tape, lumber, staples, hinges etc and compared prices at every hardware store in the Fredericton area. TNT had the best prices by far. I won't comment about who had the worst prices but I know who they are and I do not go there.

The owner was great and apologetic which was appreciated, however his employees seem to have difficulty following instructions. Worker showed up to my house unannounced when we were guaranteed a phone call before to get a time. This was after three attempts to have someone simply return a phone call. Business will be going elsewhere.

I found the older balding lot guy rude but the Larger lady with died red hair was very rude. Personally i thought country stores were usually friendly places to go. This store obviously has dissgruntled employees. I wonder if the ownership even knows this goes on. Hope they get it together. Will avoid it for now.

Saturday, Nov. 12... your website says you are open until 12 p.m. I arrive at 9:30 a.m. and you are closed.. So my $800 order went to Home Hardware who delivered same day. I live in Douglas and would prefer to support local businesses, however this is not the first time we have received poor service from TNT.
