Well.. they are the very best at getting the sale... once they got ya .. it's on thier time .. and dont ask the salesman to do what they promised you to do to make sale .... comes to a point u may get hung up on And/or swore at ... u know who u are :) the rest staff very best

Fantastic service, however, financially it didnt work for us. The experience was great though, we had everything answered properly and many others answered before we got the chance to think about them. We have a great rough layout for our home once we are good. Unfortunately we won't be able to go with these guys as we are no longer around, but hopefully this message will give you a hence to see what they can do. :).

We have had our house for 18 months. Our open arch which we paid extra for has split twice. It cracked within the first few months of ownership(2019)It was fixed once in November(2020) and within weeks split again. When will it be finalized who knows? The construction of the house is good quality from the maple leaf plant, but the finish work done by Northrup has been sub par.

Had to have structural post replaced becaused they notched them for wire instead of drilling hole. Was swore at when I told them the people they sent to do repairs said it was a really bad build. Electrical outside outlet burnt to crisp because water was getting in it. I suggest avoiding like the plague. Poor people to deal with. So many problems and cheap work done. Do anything for a sale.
