Excellent work. The job was completed in a timely fashion and Carter came and helped the crew finish the installation on the last day, making sure everything was done to his standards. They allow you to pay at the end of the job, which is very customer friendly. Their quote was less than half of what some other companies were quoting. It took them a while to get started, from the time we accepted the quote, but I would attribute that to them being busy. But once they started, there were no delays, and the work was done in a professional manner. Would definitely recommend, as we had a torrential downpour the day after installation was complete and have had 2 or three rainstorms since and there is no sign of any water.

Unfortunately the minimum rating is 1 star or id give less. First time home owner, we asked Mike Cavennaugh to redo our roof as it was leaking. He came over, took a look at the roof, even went up to examine it up close and to remove our old chiminey. Gave us a quote for 9k which is better than most so we accepted. This was back in december 2018 and we were told work would begin in 2 weeks. After multiple calls back as we were not hearing from him, and everytime we called he gave an excuse, I called one more time (now 6 months later) to cancel. He said he told us he couldnt do our roof and hung up on me. Horrible customer service, second only to Phinney &sons (they had to come nack 6 time to fix a smaller leak). Second only because Phinney botherred to show up.

MC Metal Roofing has just completed a fairly complex metal roofing installation on our four unit townhouse complex. This is a high visibility location so there was motivation to perform quality work. All four unit owners are happy with the finished product and the timely performance of the work, even under some challenging weather conditions. The contract was very competitive with a variety of other roofing products that we explored. With the steel option being our original wish, the competitive pricing secured the deal. We are very pleased with the finished product and trust that MC Metal Roofing will support any warranty issues that might arise. We should be finished with roofing and worrying about loosing shingles under high winds conditions! **July 2020 update. This review has been revised and scoring reduced due to issues with snow guard installation. Installation of guards was requested at time of initial quotation but MC roofing claimed they would not be necessary and did not quote or install. Winter of 2019/2020 proved this was a mistake. Large overhangs and slides over entrances and decks were very dangerous and stressful for property owners. RFQ on installation of snow guards was made in summer of 2020. Quote was very high and MC Roofing advised that this should have been done at time of initial installation. As was requested by owners!!! Very disappointing and dangerous.

I called the company today to ask for an estimate on a metal roof since my roof has been leaking for about a week now. The person that answered the phone was rude and told me "I don't do metal roofs this time of year!' without even asking me what I was looking for or how they could help. Would not recommend!!!

Mr. Cavanagh presented himself in a very professional manner, his employees did a wonderful job on my roof for a reasonable price, they even came back after to ensure the quality of the roof was to their stanard. I would highly recommend this company.

MC Roofing installed metal roof on our Church and we are very pleased with look and quality. Withstood first tough winter with no issues. Called Mike to install ice deflectors this year and was complete within days. 2 thumbs up
